Enered into service contract on 4/08/2022 which included complete service of air conditioning units and allowed 20 per cent off of parts . I have carried this contract since 2019 never had problems until this year. They sent an employee who was not a maintenance person but who installed air conditioners. My air shur off in July on one of these 105 degree days. They sent another employee who checked outside unit but not equipment in attic. REset it started back. A couple of weeks later it shut off completely. It shut off because the first employee had not emptied the container that help water. It shut off to keep from flooding my ceiling. This was their arrow but they charged me 102.59. When I called to complain and state I did not owe this 102T.59 it was covered under the agreement. The owner stated that he had no intention of refunding the money. I then replied to secretary then I guess we will see each other in majestrate court. Case no ********** , They did not show for hearing . Order was processed on Aug. 30 2022. They are to pay me 474.50 plus 97.50. As of Oct. 21, 2022 they have not paid. I called this morning and asked that we resolve this and not let it escalate and they stated let my lawyer call there. I have no choice but to take lien out on business for this amoung. I am 70 years old , disabled senior, on fixed income. They installed my air coniditioner and I have had no problem until this year but I have never had to use the service agreement. They have been rude and show no respect for the judicial system. They could have called but gave the court no notice they were not appearing. It is my desire that the BBB can deal with this company . I should not have been charged due to the fact that the employees had to come to my home twice due to failure of first service not being done correctly resulting in the following two calls for service. This unit was purchased from them on 1/11/2018.

Case ******** They have sent the check to the ********** ***** but they have been very ugly to me. I contacted them and asked them to settle this because we did not need to escalate the situation. The court ruled in my favor. She said to have my lawyer to contact their lawyer. This is the way they treat their customers if they have to use the service agreement. First time since they installed my air condition in 2018. I now understand why the neighbors around had quit using them. When I asked them why I was told they had unqualified and not really good help but the situation had been corrected. I said well I been with you this long I will give you a try. That is when all the trouble started with 3 calls with unqualified help and then on 3rd call wanted to charge me when if the yearly maintenance had been done correctly the first time the other two calls would not have taken place. This was clearly their fault and to treat a customer like this especially an elderly widowed lady. Maybe they thought I was easy prey. I stood up for what I believe was right and won the case. They had over a month notice to pace their work and have someone appointed to be at hearing. They did not only not show up to hearing , they didn't even call to notify the judge and me that they could not make it. I was sitting in the hall way and we had to give them an extra 15 or minutes to call or arrive and they did neither. Ruling August 30 in my favor and finally payment was made after I asked that we not escalate the situation and put this behine us. They could have called the court . That would have been what a professional business would have done. I was their customer but they treated me very badly when I could have went elsewhere but was willing to try them. The unqualitifed worker situation must not be remedied or this situation that I found myself in would have never took place.
