    They took my money upfront and then did not show up for the event! The owner himself was driving the slide to my son's birthday party and called the morning of the event to say that he was two hours away, complaining about the traffic. I had booked the rental two months in advance. I had to agree to pay an extra $500 because I didn't have a choice, he was threatening to cancel. Well.... he never showed up! To make matters worse, he wouldn't pick up the phone when I called to see where he was. And he still has my $. I don't understand how someone can use their family name for their business and have such little regard for their customers.
