    I ordered roll-up doors from ***** ********************** with Duffey Overhead Doors on 9/15/2024. At that time, he required a deposit of $4779.00 to order the doors from the manufacturer. I paid this deposit with a check and he provided a paid receipt. Since then, Mr. ********************** has not been responsive to provide a status on the order, an install date, or a date when the doors are expected to be delivered. I contacted the manufacturer of the roll-up doors and the verbally told me that they do not have a record of Duffey Overhead Doors and have never been more than 3 weeks behind on filling orders. I asked Mr. ********************** for a copy of his invoice from the manufacturer as proof of his order and he has failed to produce one. I am seeking a full refund of the deposit paid.
