  if there was an option for a 0 review I would put it here. I tried to use this service for my 2 homeschooled girls. I purchased for 1 and then tried to add another child which it charged me $16 (which i was fine with) but then still would not let me add another child so I attempted to process payment again thinking maybe the first payment never went through. Payment was processed both times and I still was never able to add another child. There was no customer service except via email where you have to wait 24 HOURS for a response. So if you have multiple issues/questions you can be left waiting for email responses for DAYS. Who has time for that? When you need to get work done you need to get it done during the time you have available. I asked for a reimbursement and they would not grant one. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS SEVICE!!!!

  This company overcharges for an inferior product. They are deceitful in their website marketing. They only display positive reviews and some of them say things that don't seem to be true. They charge a $14.99 monthly fee to use their service to create a high school transcript but it doesn't look professional. We were able to create a better transcript for our homeschooler using ********* Word. They also wouldn't fully refund us when we weren't satisfied with their service.

  Fast transcripts is a scam. When you first sign on to the site, it looks professional and up to date. It says you dont have to use a credit card. Once you actually sign up, you see its $15 per student to actually make the transcript and save it. You cant even edit it after that. I had to add my credit card and sign up for a free trial in order to save the file so I could print it. After I made the transcript I cancelled the subscription. I was charged for two more months even after cancelling and Im told there are no refunds. There is no customer service number to call and you only get emails written by bots. Please use any other site other than this one.

  I have tried to cancel for over a year and they will not cancel my account. I keep getting charged. I have sent emails to support, info, and cancel @fasttranscripts.com. They have the worst customer service I've ever had to do deal with. I cannot believe that they will not cancel my account after all of the emails I've sent.

  This company is impossible to communicate with. They don't have a phone number and all you get is AI responses. I just wanted a one time service with this company but apparently it will be a $15 recurring charge. I was not notified by email that there would be a charge coming...I only saw it on my statement. I contacted the company and went into my account to cancel, but on my next statement, there was another charge. I've contacted the company again, but I have no idea if things are actually canceled and I probably won't be getting a notification email since that didn't happen any of the other times. They refuse to refund and I have no idea if the charges will actually be stopped. Odd that there seems to be nowhere else online to write a review about this company.
