    On 10/06/2022 the owner of godfather marine ***** ********** picked up my jet ski from *** **** to transport it to Riva racing in ******* *******. I took pictures of a perfect machine when he took possession. When he arrived at the dealership on 10/10/2022 he took a picture of the jet ski being delivered as confirmation of delivery. In ******* own picture it shows the front of the machine caved in. The following day the dealership contact me with extensive pictures to the damages. It shows the trailer it is sitting on twisted like a pretzel at the front hold part and the winch itself buried into the machine completely breaking the hull. Needless to say the machine can not even be put in the water bc it will take on water from the damages it sustained during shipping. I have reached out to Mr. ***** ********** multiple multiple times and he is refusing to deal with this matter. Mr. ***** ********** now is even refusing to answer repeated phone call but his ******** page shows him transporting boats for other customers in the same area as where my jet ski is located. His shipping rig doesn't even have the USDOT numbers on display which is by law supposed to be visible. At this point it is obvious that this person is not dealing in good faith.

    upon pick up of the jet ski and trailer the customer informed us that he secured the jet ski to the trailer so we only needed to secured his trailer to ours. We loaded his trailer onto ours then secured it to our trailer via straps. During our trip from ** ** ** we had stopped several times to inspect the cargo which was found to be intact. Once we arrived at the delivery the jet ski was removed from our trailer via forklift which we sent the customer various pictures. We only found out the damage via text message from the customer a few days after delivery which I had informed him that I would like to go back to inspect the so called damage. I drove 450 miles to the location the following day only to find out that it had been moved to a different building which was closed. I immediately contacted the customer to inform him that I had other deliveries and I could be back in a few days but he proceeded to get extremely aggressive via text message. I can certainly understand his frustrations and I was prepared to do what was needed to get back as soon as possibly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately that was not good enough for him which again he expressed aggressively in a text message. at this point he proceeded to immediately deface our company on various different social media sites. Again all I wanted to do was inspect the damage for myself so we can proceed to the next step of getting the repairs performed to get him back using his machine. We have a mutual friend that originally put us together and I have been in contact with various times to resolve this but the owner of the jet ski has his heart set on bashing my company rather than getting to the point of getting his jet ski repaired We would like to resolve this as best as possible to make both parties move on.

    I am rejecting this response because: First of all the deal was that my ski get to the dealership safely bc it was supposed to be at an event so timing was important. Second I have screenshots of this person being multiple times at a marina near the location my ski was stored and he never made the effort to go see it. Third the picture of the damages came from him himself so why would he need to verify anything since they where taken when the ski was still in his possession. Forth this person has disappeared and stop contacted I have had spent almost $2500 on repairs to the ski from my own pocket bc on the DOT website it stated his company insurance is subject to cancelation. Furthermore this person has a fictitious DOT no. On his rig which leads to believe something is not right.If this individual wants to pay for the damages that he obviously caused I will accept payment with the promise of retracting my complaints. I don't need to hear anymore excuses.
