    We hired the company to redo our home that was damaged by water. I could not get return calls or answers as to when the project would be done. The work was started and then stalled. Six weeks went by without any work being done. I eventually had to hire the work to be completed myself. The company caused excess money for the project due to negligence. The company took items from our home and refused to return them to us. The company charged us 1,200.00 for work that had to be redone by another company.

    This company has not been truthful in the response given however,  due to the after response of finally returning our property and no longer charging us I am willing to drop the case at this time.  Thank you [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close,ou must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
