    I have used shook in the past and they did fine. However on my last visit while either removing or reinstalling the tire to patch it damaged an aftermarket wheel. The person that damaged it refused to own up to the mistake. The paint was still freshly flaking off when I picked the truck up but denied they were liable. I was told that they had the tools to do the job correctly so they werent liable. I explained to them that it didnt matter if they hadnt used them correctly. I would avoid this place at all costs as they are very dishonest.

    Shooks Tire Pros is the biggest rip off that I have ever seen. I had a transmission put in and was told that it was a Jasper ************* which has a 3 year warranty. I carried it back many times and it never worked properly. They kept it for months and just started installing random parts on the rest of the truck. Finally they told me to take it somewhere else, which would mean me paying for it again. The transmission actually came from Orileys auto parts and was a Power Tec ************* who are no longer in business. Shook told me they could get another transmission but I would have to pay for it. Another *****. Like I would ever have them do anything to one of my vehicles again. Beware!
