Revolution is a Card Grading company where people can send in their trading cards to get graded and encapsulated, therefore preserving the condition of said card and increasing its value for resale. Between April 2021 and now, I have sent them 832 cards and have received just 173 back. They still have just over 650 cards of mine of which I have paid them $12,908.30 to grade and send back to me. Since the 2 hurricanes that recently went through the East Coast the company has gone dark. Both the phone numbers I have for them do not work anymore nor are they responding to my messages through their website. I was in communication with the director of the place the whole time until these hurricanes. I did get a hold of him twice via text message just after the storms and now nothing. By their pay level for card grading, I shouldve had all my orders returned to me by November 4 of 2022. That was their turnaround time due to the amount of money I paid for each card to get graded. Due to the fact, I cannot get a hold of them nor are they responding to my messages through their company, I can only come to the conclusion that they are trying to steal, not only my cards, but the money I paid them to grade them. The total value with the cards I sent in and the money I paid them to grade these cards is almost $18,000. I really hope someone can help me because this has been really been stressing me out. These are very rare and valuable cards that I sent to them and I paid a lot of money for them to do what they said their business would do. I have pictures of the card sets I sent into them also order numbers and proof of payments that I sent to them for their services. PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you

I sent a 21 card 60 day submission in to be graded in to R.C.G. sports card graders on July 10 2022. I paid ******. They received it on July 13 2022 at **** pm by a gentleman named *****. As 60 days past I got a little concerned. I tried reaching out multiple times through E mail, which is all they have for contact for concerns. They never contacted me back with a reason of whats going on. Im beginning to think they don't have them anymore. Absolutely no respect for the customers what so ever. They were for my grandkids. I seen other complaints by customers also. I just want to be reimbursed for my submission since they don't want to finish the job. Thank you for listening. *************************. ********** **.

Good morning. I am filing a complaint against this company. I originally sent a card into this company for grading. I did receive it back within a timely manner, but when I received it, it had errors within the information on the graded slab. According to this companies policy, you can return the item for corrections such as these. Which I did with a previous card with this company. I received the card in early August, and sent it back to them for correction on the second week of August. I received an email on 8/19, indicating that my card arrived their and that it would be shipping out to me within the week. I contacted them again on 9/2, via email, since nothing had arrived yet, just to check on the status of my order, and they told me that the order has just now been shipped. A few weeks went by and nothing came in the mail. When I contacted them again, on 9/15, via email, they responded on that same day and did not know what was going on and then informed me that they would look into the situation. On 9/27, I received an email from them saying that the card was in design and would be shipped out to me in a few days. This was the last email I received from them. I have not received my card back. I have tried to contact this company to resolve the issue via phone, but they do not have a listed number on their sites. I have emailed multiple times to see if they can contact me or if I could call them, but I have not had any responses since 9/27. In total, I have lost out on $308 if this card does not arrive; $32 for their service of grading, $40 (price for autograph on card), $200 (value of card itself), and $35 (fee for the company that certified the signature). I did not want to go down this route, and I even sent another email to the company asking if we can just resolve the issue, but again, I have sent emails inquiring about my order/card, but I have received no responses since 9/27. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.
