March 18, 2025 paid Robin Roberts Promotions application/registration fees for a vendor spot at Seafood Fest in **************** ********* on June 13, 14, 15. They decided to cancel due to "not enough vendors". The only compensation is transfer money to a different event. Events in completely different towns/dates or not even happening to 2026. The amount is almost $700. I, the vendor nor the weather, initiated the reasoning behind cancellation. They can't just decide to cancel just because and keep my money. If the contract says no refunds then they should abide by the contract that states services on specific date, time, and town. You can't just decide to cancel and keep someone's money. This is illegal and unethical.

Event Alpine Arts Festival in *****, ** on 9/20-9/21. The amount for the event was $298.51. Application fee was charged, almost instantly approved and charged the remainder of the booth fee via Eventeny. Day 1 of the event there was hardly any attendees. No marketing or advertising for the event via signage or otherwise. Day 2 - Upon arriving to the event the coordinator was upset that I would be using the public parking lot as it was closer and I am handicapped. I was told by the same person the day before that I could park there as well if you have a handicapped placard, I guess thats legal so I parked in the same spot the second day. As soon as I arrived I was met with did you park here? In which I replied that I was handicapped and told previously it was okay. Her response was a scoff and well I cant argue with you When approached about signage or marketing by myself and other vendors, we were told well **** never had to advertise before and there was a sign but someone stole it, so I dont know what to tell you. It CLEARLY states on their website that they use multiple avenues to promote their events. This is false advertising. For the amount of money that was paid for each booth, it could have paid for months worth of advertising. When myself and other vendors voiced their concerns, the event coordinator packed up and left her own event so that she wouldnt have to deal with several unsatisfied vendors. We were told there would be no refunds under any circumstances. After the coordinator packed up her booth and left, several other vendors left as well. Any foot traffic we did have was nonexistent. And people didnt even know the event was happening. Both her and her husband had attitudes with myself and several other vendors that I witnessed. Having done large conventions and expos, Ive NEVER seen an event held this way or managed so poorly. I will NOT be working with them in the future.

I applied to an art show that is managed by Robin. The instructions specifically stated that the $30 application fee would be withdrawn immediately but the booth fee would be paid at a later date. She would send an invoice and then I had 6 hours to pay for the booth. The attached emails show the timeline for both charges to be within 19 minutes of each other. I received no invoice or indication that my application had been received or accepted. The standard process for every event i have ever done goes like this:1) submit application 2) wait to be notified about whether or not you are accepted 3) the payment is then processed on that day of acceptance for which an email is sent out which notifies you. 4) numerous event coordinators actually wait for you to accept the invitation before simply charging you. 5) I tried to resolve this directly with Robin, pointing out that she had not stuck to the terms of her own contract by not giving at least the 6 hours. I received such rude and **** responses from her all of which are attached. I have been averaging 16 shows a year since 2019 and have NEVER had anyone accept my application and charge me for it within 30 minutes of submitting it. This is highly unusual and unethical behavior in this industry. The second business that is involved in this matter is Eventeny which is a third party entity that advertises shows for the planners, accepts the applications, and collects the fees for both the application fee and the booth fee. I also reached out to them for support and was told that they would not interfere in any wayEventeny is typically a reputable source for show information so I trusted that this particular show/event planner , Robin Roberts, was trustworthy. I pointed this out to the Support team at Eventeny including the fact that it is an implied endorsement of any event they promote. This fell on deaf ears. I want to include this company in this complaint. If I need to submit a separate complaint I will
