  Trading Pins 4 Less worked so good to get my last minute trading pins made and shipped quickly. I would highly recommend them. ****** was the one who helped me and got back to me in a timely manner every single time. He was so easy to work with and made sure my trading pins were just what I wanted.

  The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. The representative who served me was Calen, and she did an amazing job assisting me with my order and answered every question with clarity. I will use this company again in the future.

  I received a package from lightsaber promotions earlier this week. It was a large heavy package weighing about 20lbs. I immediately knew something was off. It had my name on it and address. All the information was correct. I have a situation going on where people have been sending me and my coworkers things so I decided to open it to see what it was. It was a large order of promotional pins that I have never seen or heard of before. I contact the company for this and they could not give me an adequate explanation on how they got my information. This is scary.. they sent me a shipping label to send to the correct person (which did not have a similar name and is on the other side of the country) This situation is a ***** reminder of how unsecure our info is. The person I spoke to was very nice and understanding I commend her on her customer service (only reason they get 2 stars) but this error is unacceptable for me and the individual that was ordering from this group.

  This review should be removed as it is not a product review. This person received a package in error, a simple mistake that we are still trying to determine how it happened. There is no malice or ill intent here on our behalf and "scary" certainly is not a term associated with receiving someone else's mail by mistake. This person is not a customer but we extended him every courtesy that we would offer to any of our customers. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.

  ******* worked with me on designing my coins and sent the proof on time to my email. She helped me make a simple change and I submitted my order. My coins arrived on time and are absolutely beautiful! They look better than the proof! I've passed out a few of the coins to worthy people and I've actually seen one of them get a tear of appreciation in their eye! That said everything I need to know about the quality of the coins. *******, you are the BEST! Thank you and your team for making this happen!

  *******'s customer service was excellent from the beginning of the coin design to the final product. She replied to every email and guided us throughout the whole process. The final product was exceptional, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We will order more products soon. We strongly recommend this company for all your art projects.
