      We bought a New Holland tractor at Nelson Tractor in ******* on 4/1/2022 for $54,396.60 which we pay $906.61 monthly for 60 months. In August the tractor started to liquid engine oil in a large quantity. We called the company and they sent a service person to our property, after the Technician evaluated he determined the tractor had a manufacture problem and it had to be repair at their location. The tractor was picked up by them on 8/29/2022 and we are still waiting to be returned. The company never contacted us for any updates. We called them several times getting the same answer all the time ( we are short in mechanics, we have several tractors to fixed, your tractor still waiting to be checked, etc )Finally, we decided to contact the seller and he help out. He talked with the manger who helped out to get the tractor inspected and we were told that a part of the tractor must be replaced and they were waiting for that part to arrive. The manager was contacted today and he stated he has a tracking # for the new part and they are still waiting for the part to arrive. We paid the whole month of September ( $906.61) for a tractor that we don't have and looks like we are gonna pay October also for it without the machine. We do not feel the company is taking this situation seriously, we feel the company sold us a manufacture defected tractor and we are paying the consequence. Our tractor supposed to be first in line to be fixed while the problem was not related with an operator error was a defected tractor sold. We good like to be refunded for the time the tractor was at their shop, an apology from the company, they should be inspected by some entity to ensure they stop selling defected tractors to people, they should develop better ways to resolve situations like this one and improve on the customer service.
