      I was paying $21 dollars a month for gas they put a device on my tank lady on phone said it showed i was low and i had 45 percent i wasn't low they came out and put 100 and 10 gallon in and charge me $ 342.00 and now they want four times the dollar amount a month $ 80.00 i feel they scammed me i never ask to be on smart fill i have always called when need gas. I already had 45% of gas no need in coming out and putting thirty percent and putting an elephant on my bill. I don't use gas in summer so when i turn on my gas in like 9 months the fourty percent would last until like march of next year in my opinion it's a business tactic to make people pay more.

      We at Folger Gas, LLC that Mr. ****** is unhappy with our service.  He was on our Stable propane plan allowed him to make monthly payments and it fixed his rate of propane for a year.  This program renews every May.  We have a 97% retention rate with our customers on this program.  Mr. ****** has been on this program since 2014.  Our customers are only charged for the gas that is delivered.  We base the monthly payment on an average of actual usage.  His payment in 2021 was $71 per month, in 2022 it was $41 per month, and in 2023 it was $21 per month.  Mr. ****** rolled over a credit from the 2022-2023 year is why his payment lowered.  In 2023-2024 his usage almost doubled, using the credit and leaving a small balance.  This generated a monthly payment of $80 per month (close to the 2021 payment).  He was unhappy with this and asked us to terminate service.  We removed his tank in a timely manner and gave him a 100% refund on all unused propane.  We hate to lose his business but feel we treated him in an extremely professional manner.
