    I ordered over $200 worth of shirts from this retailer last December that I never got. I tried to be understanding and accommodating when they ran into issues with printing, but now that the website is gone, I feel like I just got ripped off.

    I have ordered from Lumos and Luster a total of 4 times. The first time I received my item within their 3 week delivery time frame. However, the second took 2 months to be delivered. I decided to order again end of December 2023 when they announced they would no longer be selling their unlicensed products. I went ahead and placed another order very beginning of January 2024 when they were selling heavily discounted mystery bags. I now regret doing this because here we are 6 months later and I still have not received either shipment. I understand that this is a small business and things happen that are often out of our control but 6 months for tshirts is ridiculous. I am so disappointed because I truly loved this company and the products they sold. I was looking forward to purchasing some of their new products in the future but I went to their website and it is no longer up and running. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram but have not received any responses. It so unfortunate to see what has happened to Lumos and Luster and I hope that it isn’t the end for them.

    Ordered from them at the end of Dec 2023. Touched base multiple times via email about order not shipping. Was given multiple excuses about their printer being down. In April, they finally sent me an email about my order going to a printer and that it would be delivered soon. It's now June and they are not responding to emails and I still have not received my order.
