      I called Tuesday evening to get someone to come check on our AC unit. They said they had someone who could come out Thursday estimated time 11 to 2. That's fine it is a really hot week lots of people need help. Thursday the time come and goes with no call so I call them. They change the date to Friday. Then Friday morning they called and said "okay it looks like we can schedule you in Saturday from 10 to 3 and we will charge $175 emergency fee (since it's Saturday)." Up to this point no one I talked to had said anything about a service fee (which is $110 and way higher than anyone else). I know I should have asked them but their website says free estimates and absolutely nothing about a service free which is very misleading. We canceled our appointment and are finding some else to do the work so I can say anything about their repairs or installation. The people were very nice every time I talked to them but they shouldn't have lied about the date they could come.
