    I wouldnt go as far as to call this company a disaster on wheels as in the other review, but I will say that the crew that did my windows had poor attention to detail. They depend on their filtered water rinse to do the job of a squeegee and it leaves spots and streaks if not done correctly. They also did a poor job of cleaning my window frames.They offered to come back out to correct their short comings but I cannot afford to take another day off of work for them to correct what should have properly been done the first time. Since I received half of the job I paid for, I should receive half of my money back in my opinion. If I had paid with a credit card, I would be disputing the charge as I did not receive what was advertised for the money.

    Disaster on wheels! Broke multiple screens, left spots on windows, ***** are still dirty and flooded our garage! Then threatening email from owner.

    Hey Mr. *************** technicians did no damage to any of your screens. You were told about one damaged screen on the garage window that you helped them remove. Also, you didn't allow our technicians to speak with you at the end of the service to see if there was anything that needed a second look. When they asked about switching out the already damaged screen for you, you started cursing them out and told them to "Get the h*ll out of your yard." After that, the technicians gave me a call, and I told them to ask you what needed to be looked at again, and once more, you stated, "Nothing; I just want you to get the h*ll out of my yard." We were not allowed to make sure you were satisfied with the services. Furthermore, my technicians knocked on your door once more and asked you to speak with me, *********, the owner, and I heard you say, "F*#k *********," and closed the door in their faces. After that, I advised them to leave.


    The water that trickled into the garage was very minimal and came from rinsing your screens to clean them. You asked for screen cleaning as part of your service, and rinsing them is the most thorough way to clean them. You pointed out no damages or made no comments about any damages to the screens to our technicians. You only stated that you were dissatisfied with the water getting into the garage. The water only came into the garage once you let the garage door up from the inside. 

    Also, If you did not include the garage windows in the window count, you should have let them know when they arrived. We primarily provide window cleaning services to the entire home unless otherwise notified. If you did not make that known upon our arrival, we expected to clean the garage windows along with the rest of the home, as we always do. Furthermore, the water that went into the garage was not from the window cleaning but from the screen cleaning. Also, the attached photo shows no "flood water they put into the garage." Our technicians even offered to clean up the small amount of water with our towels. You declined and told them to "Get the h*ll on."

    Lastly, we have never had a customer be so disrespectful toward our technicians. We guarantee satisfaction to all of our customers, and your behavior today interfered with that. You wouldn't communicate with our technicians or me, the owner, in a professional manner or allow us to make sure you were satisfied with the service.
