      I took my car in on ******* *** **** for a tourgue converter code. They diagnosed it as needing a new transmission. Before I took my car in, there were no service lights on on my vehicle and it was driving fine. When I got my car back on ******** ****, I noticed that there was a abs light, the four wheel drive light, the emergency light, and blind spot monitor light. The owner Brian assured me that it was an easy fix and he would send it in to the warranty company and call me so I drove off. Mind you, they were supposed to do a 360 diagnostic on it before this ever occurred so all related issues would be fixed. Upon getting it checked at a trusted mechanic. They found where my transmission was leaking, bolts missing or not even tightened on critical components of the vehicle. They dented my oil pan and coolest reserve causing them to leak. My cv axle was busted from pressure because the drive shaft was not tightened and missed bolts that were on there before I took my car in. Yeah. They pretty much messed up my vehicle when they had it for a very long time so the care should have been given but it wasn't. I don't even want them to touch my car. I am demanding a full refund of my 100 dollars and the money that my warranty company paid to be compensated back to them. They messed up my vehicle and I will sue if they are unwilling to assist with my demand.

      I took my 2014 *** ******* here for an oil change on **** *** 2023. I told them I had just paid my car off and wanted a fully synthetic oil change, as I needed this car to last. I paid $222.20 for an engine flush they suggested, air filters and the oil change. I drove home to ******* and parked my car. I drove to work the next morning. After work, when the engine turned over it was knocking very loudly so I went to the closest car shop, ****** ********** After they inspected it, there no visible oil leaks, only a quart of oil had been replaced and my engine is now blown. I have documentation from ****** *********** Service that it appears the oil filter hadn't been changed either. The car was driven a total of 44 miles from America’s Lube Fast and has been at ****** ***** since **** **, 2023. I don't have another vehicle. Their neglect will cost nearly $9,000 to replace the engine.
