      This company will take your money and hold it and not give a refund. I have had a temporary tooth for a year and a half and the crown didn't work, but I never got a refund for their error for drilling down a tooth that already had a root canal. It was all financially put on me, and then the only option was to get an implant for that tooth. That is too much for just one tooth. I have many other things to get completed, so I listened and told them that whole mouth implants might be a better option. They were MORE than willling to get me financed but never scheduled for the procedure. As I went somewhere for a better quality experience, I let them know I was no longer interested in the procedure to close the loan. The finance advisor **** is a liar and says it will take some time. All you needed to do first was close the loan with ***************, then work on the difference. I have paid on this for 3 months and will not pay for anymore. **** dodges all my calls and I have a full time job and I can't chase him down. The staff lies for him that he is busy and Dr. ******* has done nothing to correct this situation to get me my money and close this loan. Please NEVER go to this practice. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
