Books Profits Flip Books for Profits Regarding Misleading Sales Practices and Non-Refundable Payment.Details of the Incident:On November 6, 2024, I signed up with Books Profits Flip Books for Profits to purchase their product or service designed to help individuals flip books for profit. During the sales process, I was not informed that the initial payment was non-refundable. At no point in the presentation or subsequent discussions was it disclosed that this fee would not be returned, even if I decided not to proceed with their program. The company also repeatedly emphasized that their program could be done "basically for very little money ." However, once I joined, it became apparent that additional costly investments were required to have any chance of earning a profit. This misrepresentation created a false impression of the affordability and accessibility of their program.Lack of Disclosure is my biggest issue: The non-refundable nature of the initial payment was never communicated verbally, or during the sales presentation. This omission is both misleading and unethical.Misrepresentation of Costs: The company's claims that the program could be done with very basic initial start or list books for free" were deceptive. In reality, significant expenses are required, making the program far costlier than implied.Resolution I am requesting the following:A full refund of my initial payment, as I was not adequately informed about its non-refundable nature.A review of the companys sales practices to ensure future customers are clearly informed about all fees, refund policies, and the true costs of participating in the program.I trusted Books Profits Flip Books for Profits to provide accurate and transparent information, and I feel their lack of disclosure and misleading statements violate that trust. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and holding the company accountable for their practices.Thank you for your help.

featured as BookProfits a digital product business model with access to a private software that searches books and the training flipping books on Amazon using proprietary software. After watching promotional videos many times that ******************* presented and still presents this business model as being very easy, guaranteed and with very high profits "10K a month" "100k a year" business. I had an interview with a promoter (and manager?) ************************* on 23 December ********************************************************************************** the promotional video. I made it very CLEAR that I had a very small budget. There is a training with several short videos, very very basic training as I had to ask literally dozens of questions to support and whenever I complained about the insufficiency of this training I was told that it was sufficient but they have an expensive mentoring program. Many problems with Amazon, prepcenters and others that are specific to the business and there was NEVER any mention to the inevitability of having them. The ************** is controlled by those responsible for BooksProfit and if someone makes a post that contradicts the spirit of success, this post will not be displayed! The amount of capital required is MUCH much higher than stated. The profit is immensely smaller. Learning takes a long time and can be quite prolonged many months. If I lose, it's because I failed! Training being completely weak and childish or not being able to make a profit in these conditions is something they never admit! Many specific problems of this business model OMITTED. But I have to pay the expensive monthly BookProfits subscription fee in addition to Amazon impossible to pay with no profits and high fees with a low budget The guarantee that is promised is misleading! UNREALISTIC and not applicable to reality. There is a mention that if you do not make a profit you will be paid double but you will have to prove that you bought books and did not make a profit but the conditions imposed in the guarantee are unrealistic and are impossible to do for an average person. The guarantee is misleading
