Everything Outdoor Georgia was contracted to pour a cement patio. The patio was poured on December 1, 2021 just a few days after they poured a cement patio from my next door neighbor. The nature of the complaint the outer edge of the patio (both long and depth) were not given the proper finish. ***** the owner gave instructions to his team to pull off the wood forms. In doing so too early portions of the edge fell off. Everything Outdoor Georgia pulled the wood forms off and then proceeded not to finish the edges. The same company poured a cement patio for my next door neighbor. On that job they finished all of the edges by rounding off the edge and all edges are intact (none of the edges fell off)When I contacted ***** at Everything Outdoor Georgia to make him aware of the situation he was beligerent, made excuse after excuse and then showed up with cement to do a half hearted attempt to put on patches for the defective edges.I explained to him that the finish work was never done and this would require a re-pour of the patio. He refused and became quite upset. He told me to wait several weeks to see if the patch color would match the rest of the patio. After several weeks I reached out again because the patch itself looked bad and the color did not match.I asked for a solution to this issue. He said staining the patio could help, but refused to supply any of the materials needed to get the patio stained. I then had to buy the materials an out of pocket expense of over $200. He showed up to paint the patio with the worst attitude. Proceeded to not cover any of the house splattering paint everywhere on the house, the foundation and then abruptly left. He made the situation worse than it was to start of with. I have subsequently attempted to reach Everything Outdoor Georgia LLC and was told by *************************** that any further communication on my part to him asking for warranty repair would be viewed as harassment and I would be sued in court
