    BBB COMPLAINT I feel I have tried everything. This is why I am writing to BBB. It is sad they don't have the time to return calls. Below is my email to Diamond Antenna. If they don't solve this I am out $247.00 dollars. Thank You I purchased your product from ************ ,thru Amazon on 8/8/2023. I have been calling since 11-31-2023 today is 11-6-2023 and leaving many messages. I have been in contact with the seller on Amazon and with ************. trying to solve this issue. .I am asking for them to PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR STILL IN BUSINESS. It is very upsetting that you don't answer emails or return phone calls. Mailing a sign return card for a letter today 11-6-2023. I have tried calling Diamond Antenna company and keep getting told to leave a message. We have not even gotten to use this antenna. ( waiting on handheld scanner parts for the antenna) We put it up and it seems the wind took and broke it, Our neighbor has the same antenna (he recommend your product) . We would like to get a Return Authorization Number. Do you have one in stock so we can get it sooner? Or do we have to wait for your review? Thank you ***************************
