    What a PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, and FRIENDLY construction crew. ******* B was quick to respond to our request for a quote. The team arrived on the scheduled date and time to install our fence. We were provided a link so that we could see the project in process and there was constant communication. The project only took 7.5 hours and we now have a privacy fence. The entire process was seamless and done in excellence. 10 out of 10 and I will be using them again. Thank you to the either TRIO team!!!

    Thank you so much to everyone at Trio! These guys are the absolute BEST! They were extremely professional and honest.The whole crew kept in constant communication and updated us throughout the entire process. They even found some rot and siding issues we were not aware of and fixed it for us at no extra charge. And even more, they roofed our backyard shed for us!My family has their own general contracting business and Trio met and exceeded our expectations which are quite high! They were prompt to arrive and cleaned up after themselves which is more than I can say from experiences with other roofing companies in the past. The owner even cleaned our attic after the crew cut out ridge vents!I send them all my referrals! I'm even having them quote me on additional work since they do more than roofs and I absolutely loved working with this entire crew! If you're looking for a roofer or contractor you can trust, will have your best interest at heart, and won't clean out your bank account, these are your people. They truly care about their customers and their quality of work. They're just good people ?

    I called **** because I noticed a smell in the spare bathroom. What they found was appalling. Whoever roofed this house before had completely covered the pipe boot for the exhaust fan so no moisture or air was getting out. They kindly replaced it and found other issues that other roofers hadnt found previously after several inspections. Id highly recommend this honest and capable business when it comes to your roofing end exterior needs. Thanks TRiO!

    Sales people are pushy.***** showed up at my house uninvited and my husband was nice to him, but told him we would let them know if we needed their services.A couple hours later he shows back up with a friend in tow and tells me my husband told him to come back and bring someone to look at our roof (not true). I ask him to leave and again told him if we needed their services WE would call.The 2 men had a meeting in our driveway for at least 15 minutes before leaving when I walked back outside to see if there was a problem.Beware of a red **** F150 and/or a green **** F150 - both older models.

    *** used Trio now for a little over a year and they have always been able to handle anything I can throw at them. As a Community Manager I am constantly having new issues come my way and with a company like Trio, I always have an ally that can help me get things done. From roofs, siding, retaining walls, drains, tree removal, you name it Trio can do it all. 110% would recommend!

    After a bathroom water leak damaged our twenty plus-year old hard wood floors, we needed a reliable and affordable contractor to repair the damaged section and refinish the entire downstairs to match. **** came out to assess the damage, gave us a quote, and placed us on their schedule in less than a week! In just a few days, they did an amazing job of repairing the damaged floor, sanding all of the hardwood flooring, and refinishing the entire downstairs. Our floors looks beautiful and we couldnt even tell where the boards had been replaced. We were so satisfied with the work they did, we hired them again to replace our garage door jambs that were rotted near the ground. Again, they got us on the schedule in just a few days and delivered quality results! No job to big or too small. We absolutely recommend TRiO Construction for their quality work, exceptional customer service, and reasonable prices!

    I was extremely satisfied with the integrity of this company Trio ********************************************** The owner *********************** was very passionate in making sure I got the best experience. ***************** is authentic and enthusiastic and that is why he deserves all of the positive reviews from his customers. From the installation to the cleanup my job was handled professionally. I would not hesitate to call on this company in the future for other projects.
