    I was very disappointed in the conduct of one of the supervisors by the name of ****. She was VERY RUDE, BAD ATTITUDE, SARCASTIC, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARGUMENTATIVE. Upon arrival I was told me and my bf were not guaranteed to be able to get a massage together even tho the reservation was made on the same order. I advised that was not what we wanted. She told me to get undressed and ask the texh brushing me away. I told her no I would like to know first before changing. She then said well you should have done it on the website I advised her that option was not on the website if so could she show me my possible over sight she rolled her eyes. Someone else had to come help me because she was no longer gonna be of assistance and clearly agitated. They also could not show me. So I asked well can someone ask the techs yes or no so she again rolled her eyes and went to go ask. She came back up and said go change. So I said are we all set together she said yes. Then she said its gonna be a price difference I said ok what the price she said idk $10. Once reviewing my car I was up charged for a service that didnt exist $30. I then said I apologize if your getting upset because I did see the way you looked. She then gave me a blank stare. Upon leaving all staff said goodbye and she then gave me another nasty look. I called in yesterday to speak to a manager and she answered the phone and refused me a manager stating she is a supervisor. So I explained why I was calling and SHE BEGAN ARGUING WITH ME AND YELLED AT ME ON THE ***** AND SAID I DONT HAVE TO SAY BYE TO YOU LADY. Then she placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call back and another representative put me on the line with ******** who is also A supervisor but same level as ****. She said ***** would give me a call who is the manager but I have yet to receive any callback. I feel discriminated against by my peer as though I was not good enough to be in this establishment.
