    I bought land in January of this year. It had a trailer on it. Im still waiting for the bank to give me my title. They said it would only take 2-3 days but its been months. I call and ask about it but get hung up on. Another resident in this neighborhood is having the same issue with the same bank. I spoke with a *****. Im getting penalized by my insurance company because I have not been able to give them the title yet. I would like to know where my title is and also be compensated for waiting and having to pay the extra money.

    The person who submitted this complaint is not a customer of **********************. The Bank has no record of having a lien on the mobile home located at the address associated with this person in the complaint. We are unaware of any communication with this person regarding a mobile home at the address in the complaint. This complaint appears to be related to complaint ID ******** by another individual about a mobile home title on the same road but at a different address, so it appears that this person may have been incorrectly informed that the Bank also had a lien or title to the mobile home at this address. The Bank does not have a title or lien on the mobile home at the address on this complaint.

    Still waiting on titles to my trailers for over a month now. I bought the property January 23 2023. I ask the bank where it is and all they say is that they dont know. I was originally told it would take 2-3 days not 2-3 months. I ask if they can call someone about it but they say no. I think the managers name is *****, shes the one Ive been working with. I am being financially reliable for all the days that I am waiting for the title. They are costing me more money than I make. All I am needing is a simple title.

    The person who submitted this complaint is not a customer of **********************. On January 23, 2023, he purchased property that included a mobile home on which the Bank had an electronic lien on the title,and the Bank believed that the attorney was releasing the title to the mobile home at the time of the purchase. This person contacted the Bank on March 17,2023, to inquire about the title, and upon realizing it had not already been released, the Bank submitted a release request to our third-party electronic title lien provider. We believed that we would have the title in two or three days, so that was communicated to this person. Unfortunately, the Bank did not receive the title until March 30, 2023, and it was hand delivered to the closing attorney on that same day. After receiving the BBB complaint on April 5, 2023, the attorney was contacted, and he confirmed that the title had been delivered to this person.

    I am obviously a customer of the banks if I am having to use them for their services. The bank assured me that the title would come to me and it still as yet to come to me. The closing attorney told me there was no way for him to obtain the title, leaving the bank as the document holders. I was lied to and now you have been lied to.

    Attached is a copy of the mobile home title that was hand delivered to the closing attorney on March 30, 2023. This is the only mobile home related to the purchase on which the Bank had a lien, so if you purchased more than one, the Bank would not have possession or access to other mobile home titles.
