    My husband and I contacted DC Garage Doors LLC to come to our home and identify the issue we were having with our garage door openers. **** came to our home, identified the issue and provided solutions to rectify it, which involved replacing all 3 overhead garage door openers. We agreed to hire him and the work was completed in December 2022.We started having issues with the openers in the end of July 2023. My husband and I have attempted to reach **** numerous times since August 1, 2023 and have never had a response. We called **** and left voicemail messages, we have sent him emails, we have reached out to him on his ******** page and nothing!The installation was less than one year ago. We are frustrated and extremely disappointed with the lack of response from ****. We want the product we paid him to install to be in good working order.
