    The business I'm filing a complaint against has many names: The Wash Space-Self Service Car Wash, ********** ************* Wash, and Space Shop Self Storage. But, they all have the same address: ****************************. For the sake of this complaint, I'll refer to it as "The Wash Space." I arrived at The Wash Space on Tuesday, 5/9/2023 around 4:50pm. There was one other car present. Both myself and the other customer started with vacuuming our vehicles first. Once I finished vacuuming, I moved to the wash stall. I deposited $7 in quarters into the coin box and the countdown started. I grabbed the rinse wand and no water came out. I tried the soap wand and soap came out. I tried the rinse wand again and no water. By that time, three other vehicles had arrived. Another customer deposited $1 to make sure it wasn't just my stall. Nope, his stall had no water either. There is an office onsite that is open until 6pm. I walked to the office and knocked. There was no answer. I called the number listed on the side of a trash bin, but it was for the ***** of *********** They looked up the name of the business (Crown Mini ************* Wash) and gave me the number. I called the number and spoke with representative #1 named ********. She gave me a ticket number (#********) and said the manager would call me back in 10 minutes. By now, I am the only car there. Everyone else left when they saw there was no water. The next day, 5/10/2023, I call back and get representative #2 (****). She tells me that the Manager, ****, will call me back but cannot promise a timeframe. Nearly two weeks have passed and I've made at least 5 more calls to the business with no response. The managers of this business knew there was no water and chose leave early. Instead of doing the right thing and blocking the wash stalls with cones and signage, they choose to mislead customers. I'd like the Better Business Bureau to assist me in getting a refund.
