      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Phoenix Parking Solutions following an incident that occurred today at my residence, Apartment in Osprey, which utilizes their parking management services.As a resident, I am obligated to pay a monthly parking fee of $35. Despite this, my vehicle was unfairly booted today because I inadvertently failed to write my license plate number on the ********************** placard. This oversight occurred due to the absence of a pen in my car, but the placard was clearly visible.When I discovered my car had been booted, I reached out to Phoenix Parking Solutions, hoping for understanding and leniency given my status as a resident and the visible parking placard. However, my appeal was met with a lack of empathy. The company enforces a policy that charges $75 per day for boot removal and prohibits disputing the charge until after payment. This practice seems not only unfair but also borders on extortion.The rigid enforcement of this policy, especially given the circumstances, reflects poor customer service and a lack of consideration for residents who depend on their services. As a paying customer, I find this treatment unacceptable.Therefore, I seek the intervention of the Better Business Bureau. I request that Phoenix Parking Solutions be advised to reevaluate their policies and customer interaction, especially in instances where there is evident proof of residency and no malicious intent. Additionally, I am asking for a full refund of the $75 boot removal fee.I appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await a resolution.

      We used Phoenix Parking Solutions' valet service when we were out to dinner one night. They lost the keys to our rental car, resulting in ** having to get it towed, take several Ubers, and get another rental car. They had told ** that evening that any expenses incurred because of the lost keys would be covered. This incident resulted in a 3 month battle with them to get them to reimburse around $800 of expenses. It was truly the worst customer service I had ever experienced. You could not talk to a real person. The one person's number we had would not answer so we were forced to solely communicate via email with their claims team. They were unresponsive and evasive and were only trying to reimburse for a small fraction of the expenses we incurred because of their mistake. After not responding to us for 3 weeks, we only got a response once we looped in the restaurant manager a second time and filed a complaint in small claims court. Truly a horrible experience from start to finish, with the only upside being that it is finally finished now. There was no apology or accountability for the severe inconvenience they caused us and had even tried putting blame on us at one point. Truly a ridiculous situation and I could not recommend working with them in any capacity.
