    Less than 1-star. The service provider was rude and did not provide the service my roadside assistance is paying for. Thank goodness by child was in a safe place while waiting for this provider to be smart out the mouth on the phone, hang up in our face not once but twice, and play dumb. I don't expect much customer service wise from a tow truck driver, but at the very least perform your duties in a professional manner. I wouldn't trust them with a piece of gum, certainly not with anything of any worth. State Farm and any other insurance company that has them listed need to remove them ASAP. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this service.
