      **** ***** would never use them again. Seem like to me that if you were going to service a repair the air condition or furnace it should be done right I am not happy with having to pay out over $800 to BLALOCKand Im still having problems.

      After receiving, and reviewing, the complaint by the customer I have found that we were out to this home 2 times for burner issues, and one time for no air conditioning. The furnace is an old ******** furnace located in a crawl space with an inadequate vapor barrier. This leads to rot over time. We resolved the issues. Later we were contacted about no air conditioning. We arrived at the house and found the system to be out of refrigerant. In order to find the leak, we had to pressurize the system with nitrogen. The leak was found, documented with pictures, and the customer was informed of the issue. At this point we were informed that a family member, who had previously changed a motor in the system, would charge the system with refrigerant. An invoice was written and payment accepted. Tightening the caps on the valve seemed to stop the leak, and the nitrogen charge was left in the system so that the system would not absorb moisture. Nothing unethical, or wrong was done. 

      I wish I had known that the customer was not satisfied with the work done months ago and we could have settled it before this point. I would be willing to refund the $213.53 invoice posted in this complaint. The other document was an estimate for the replacement of the burners.

      We have mailed out a check in the amount $213.53, check number *****, was mailed out on 5-6-2025 at the ****** Georgia post office, i contacted and spoke to her and let her know to be on the lookout.
