    This company installed a metal roof and gutters on my home 5+ years ago. The metal roof changed colors and it took me 9 months to get it replaced. I noticed 6 months ago that my gutters were losing their color. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that they are under warranty and I would need to get the installer to file a warranty claim. I have been trying to get the claim filed for 6 months now and the owners will not return phone calls, emails, or text messages to their numbers and email address. Needless to say, I am just trying to get them to fix something that is a manufacturer issue.
