    As long as the seller issues a full refund, **** lets them get away with anything, including flagrantly lying.You can't leave negative feedback on the Blue Macaw **** store. He just lies about it and has it removed.

    Terrible company . The ****** beans were fine , but the "100% Kona Medium roast" arrived burnt to a crisp . It most likely is counterfeit because when others ask about it , the owners ban them from ordering. When I politely asked to exchange the burnt stuff for medium roast , I was attacked with insults and also blocked. I left negative feedback after the insults and the low quality product , but **** removed it within an hour. I imagine this seller should have hundreds of negative feedback .

    This person ordered dark and then told us he liked medium roasted coffee be a man and grow up you ordered it wrong. Then he asked for 2 pounds of medium for free, own your mistake. Nothing to do here he needs to pay. BE A MAN

    It's is amazing how stupid this guys is I'm still amazed. YOU ORDERED DARK AND DON'T LIKE IT BUT WHY SHOULD I LOSE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE THIS FOOL IS STUPID, HE WANTED MEDIUM ROASTED COFFEE THEN ORDER IT FOOL.

    No website phone number is disconnected. Sold me so called Jamaican Blue Mountain. NO OFFICIAL SEAL THAT IS ON ALL JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN COFFEE. I think it is a blend. Wont buy again.

    What a mistake I have made, all the reviews show that Gary is a great guy, but whoever else works there should get back on their med's before trying to deal with people when it's a full moon. While they may have a good product it doesn't give them the right, like the Democratic Socialist Party Member's, to treat buyers as if they should have to kneel and kiss their ring finger if there's a disagreement. Just look at the way "ALL OF THE BUYER'S" were treated who disagreed with even a slight problem, the other person working there always goes to your using nasty tones & insults when it's the furthest thing from the truth, then bars them from buying their product, they are like scared children trying to hide something from their parents when caught doing something wrong. As a 100% disabled Veteran they can be assured that I will NOT lower my standards to buy from them again.
