I have been a loyal customer of *************************** for thirty years plus. I am now a senior citizen seeking recovery for all payments that were provided by myself for the rental of a tank at the amount of $57.00 for thirty years. I have made regular payments or payment arrangements to secure my services with a company to which I purchased from *******, along with a tankless water heater that begin to leak from inside of the tank less water heater that was purchased from Blossom *** in ********, *******. The part that was leaking was installed by Blossom ********** and now that the part has been replaced at complete cost to my person the company refuses to admit that their mistake and return my money. Now I am without hot water, no gas company in *************** will allow me to buy a tank. The tank is mine and I will sue Blossom *** to keep the tank at the company's expenses due to the fact that the tank has been paid for twenty times over in thirty years. ******* has black balled me with every company in ***************. No one will allow me to purchase the size tank that I want. I desire a 120 galloon tank. The tank is illegally placed under a window 10 inches from the mobile home and has remained there since 1988. This could possibly be the result of my lung cancer. I never smoked a day in my life. I would like the take removed from under my window and placed 10 feet from my mobile home. As the state of ******* requires.

Mrs. ******* -********* has signed a lease agreement for the 120 gallon propane tank at her home. This is a lease agreement for the life of the active account. This is not a lease to own agreement, the propane tank remains the property of Blossman Gas and ownership is not forfeited at anytime during the terms of the lease agreement . Therefore tank rental can not be refunded. Also when we received the call requesting service due to the water heater leaking, we sent a technician out after hours at no charge to Mrs. ****************** Our technician found that the problem was with the pressure regulator on the water side coming into the house and that the tankless water heater did exactly as it is designed to do. Mrs. ***************** has been a customer since 09/30/1997 and we have never spoken about Mrs. ***************** with another propane provider as we do not share customer information.

I am filing this complaint as abuse against both the aging and infirm because I owed two payments, a total of ******. At the age of sixty, both a senior citizen and suffering from lung cancer and sarcoidosis. My daughter **** Louise ********* suffered from bipolar and schizophrenia and had both our water and gas cut off by Blossman Gas. Blossman came to my home only to remind me of my bill. I made arrangements to pay my balance. Blossman refused to repair a waterless gas product I bought from Blossman and installed by the same company in ********, *******, with a warranty. Sadly, as the temperature drops, my daughter and I have no water or gas to warm our bodies. Leaving my family in such a condition is very inhuman and unsanitary. Blossman *********** came to my home twice to remind me only of my account and indicate how much I would be charged for the after-hours phone call for help. I will be charged $95.00, and all parts to repair the water tank will be $500.00 to restore a tank that I bought from Blossman with a warranty that I have never used. I have been a loyal customer for thirty years and am treated without appreciation for my loyalty to Blossman. This company is loyal to money instead of the human lives that have invested time, energy, and payments in honesty. It is a sad day when the senior members of society and the people with unique needs are pushed aside for money. Sincerely,***** *** *******-********* **** ****** *********

Mrs. ********* called our office after-hours on October 9th. A representative went out to her home and determined the issue was not a gas-related issue. He turned off the water to the water heater only. If he had not done this, her water bill would have been astronomical and could have caused other issues. He had Mrs. ********** best interests in mind. He made Mrs. ********* aware and also told her he would not charge her the after-hours fee. This fee is typically $95.00. The representative also made Mrs. ********* aware that she had a past due bill and to please contact the office the next business day due to the office being unable to reach her. She told him she would call in the morning to handle the bill.

Mrs. ********* did not call the office on October 10th during business hours. Instead, she called after hours once again and demanded someone come back out. She was made aware if someone else came out that she would be charged the $95.00 after-hours fee. Once the technician arrived, he reassessed the issue and explained she needed to call a plumber. He did not charge her the $95.00 as quoted; we tried to explain this over the phone, but she would not allow us to speak.

The issue is with the pressure regulator where water comes in house. The water pressure is too high on the water system at the house; therefore, the water heater pressure relief valve is doing what it is supposed to do. There are no issues with the water heater. We disconnected the gas due to continuous afterhours calls throughout the night that the customer had a leak. The water heater works as it should.
