    Agreed to do work. Tech didnt not perform work he said he did. Once I confronted him, him said he may have missed some things because it was a large unit. I want my money back. More than 50% of the work was not done.

    Normal operation for this business is to text message customers so there is always a record of the conversation. This customer contacted me about resealing the outside of his RV. I texted him on Feb 13 2024 about resealing on that day. He agreed. When I arrived I inspected his RV for sealant issues including the roof. I proceeded to seal the outside of his RV as needed. I told him in an initial text that usually RVs just need a touch up. Some areas did not need to be resealed. I was at the job for 1 hour. The roof did not need any sealant. 
    The following morning he contacted me with multiple texts telling me I dont see any area that you resealed. He demanded his money back within 2 days and threatened me with filing a report with BBB and filing a lawsuit in small claims court. I offered multiple times to meet with him so we could go over what had been done and to rectify the situation. If I had missed spots I was more than willing to remedy it. He still demanded I pay him a full refund in 2 days and that I was not welcome on his property and accused me of stealing. I told him at this point that we were done and he could take whatever steps he felt he needed. 
    This Small business is operated by me. It is in my name. I treat all people fairly regardless. Mistakes in business can occur. I take pride in working with customers to remedy any situation that *** have occurred. It was clear to me from the beginning of his texts on Feb 14 2024 that he had no intention of allowing me to rectify this issue and come up with a solution. I feel his intentions were only to be irate and slander me and this business with false accusations.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have text message for proof. Company never said anything for as needed until after he completed work. Areas he forgot were super obvious and needed the most attention. As a 20 year old company you I was sure he would do the work right but he didnt. He didnt seal almost 50% of the trailer that needed it the most. Of course I only want my money back, why would I want him to come back out and do shady work again! I said reseal all trailer to include roof and rooftop items, company gave me a thumb up emoji, making me think thats what the agreement was for, all the trailer, not as needed. You can see huge and obvious gaps in the pictures attached. Company blatantly disregarded doing the work. You can even see where is did reseal something but not all the way, leaving it open to rain and other elements, you can tell where the original seal is longer and his is way short

    It is obvious from reading this customers messages that he will never be satisfied with anything that I offer short of a full refund. The fact still remains however that this company does not charge by the job,  We have always charged by the hour and I have never quoted a price for the job in total. I traveled to his location and I was there for one hour. That is what he was charged. I didnt even charge for the sealant that I used. If this experience has taught me anything it is to be more clear with communication in the future. Now as far as this customer is concerned he has maintained on several occasions that I only did 50% of the job. While I do not feel I owe him anything, I will in the spirit of putting this matter to rest offer him 50% of his invoice total back to him in the form of a refund. This is my only offer. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is below satisfaction but acceptable. Company has been in business he claims for over 20 years. His attitude and services prove he is nothing less than a 20 year long thief. Attached are picture of price agreements, how he does work and how he finished his work. The proof is in the pictures.  For someone thats been doing business for 20 years they still dont seem to know the difference between right and wrong.
