    Date of transaction: Oct 28, 2022 Amount : 3k Business committed to provide me with: Correct lift kit, wheels and tires that correctly fit the vehicle without modifications, mounting the wheels and tires on Saturday October 29, 2022. What the business did not provide or do correctly: I returned to the shop the on Saturday October 29th to pick up parts that i had already paid for and to have them mount the wheels and tires. On the 29th the business failed to mount the tires, they had said they would have time to do them because my truck was being lifted that morning. When i arrived they stated they did not have time and that i would have to wait a week for them to do it. My truck was in pieces and could not be driven without wheels and tires. I had to take them to a different business to get them mounted that day (NO REFUND WAS GIVEN). After the lift was put on and tires were mounted the wheels and tires did not fit like Allsouth stated they would. So I had no truck to get to work until this was resolved. When I went back to get a refund for the wheels they stated they could not give refund but they could cut the truck to make them fit (WHAT I EXPRESSED I DID NOT WANT FROM THE BEGINNING) after cutting the vehicle they cut it wrong and there was scrubbing causing damage. They continued to cut the truck more to make it fit. About a month later I bring the truck to the shop to get alined, They state that the knuckles and lift that the company provided me with completed crushed my ball joints and control arms causing the vehicle to not be driveable. The company checked the truck before ordering the parts. The lift was supposed to be steel and they gave me aluminum but told me it was steel when i purchased & picked it up. Now that the truck is not drivable i am out of work until it gets fixed which is costing me a lot of money. When i called the company refused to talk to me and yelled at me stating it was my fault. I am planning on filing legal action against them soon.
