    The owner ***** **** Is a bully. She called my daughter, her employee a Fing idiot AND in front of other employees. Beware of the reviews- All the good reviews are written by the employees. Keep this in mind before supporting such a mean person. It is quite sad that she has all that money and success but she is obviously a miserable person!

    Purchased a $500 dress that split open an hour after putting it on. Store refused to refund defective item.

    While we do not offer any warranties or refunds, stated in our policies, which are clearly posted in our store and printed on each receipt, we did offer our best solution to the problem. Our best solution was to fully repair the dress to its original state. This offer was refused and a full refund was requested instead, which we are unable to accommodate, due to our no refund policy and the dress at that point was also used.

    The basis for the complaint was the zipper was faulty; however, our inspection of the zipper revealed there was no defect. Unfortunately, our no refund policy exists because the formal dresses, once used, cannot be resold. The dress in question was not only worn, but had been cut/damaged by the consumer. We are very sorry your daughter experienced an issue with the zipper and for any inconvenience she experienced.

    I am rejecting this response because: The zipper was indeed faulty. Additionally, I ultimately agreed to allow the zipper to be repaired, but was told it was 'too late.'
