We paid ************************* $1,250 for cocker spaniel late August. Check cleared . She also received for this dog $250 down payment from a different customer who changed their mind and **** kept that money. We didnt discuss registration papers, but I wanted them. **** said for another $50 she would send them and also have our names transferred to them . She said be very patient in receiving the papers, that AKC is very slow. I later find out in Feb. that she hasnt sent them to AKC. Now she wants proof of spaying, so ok, we accomplish this and I ask again for her papers. **** drags her feet. I remind again. She finally sends them , but no transfer into my name. Thenpapers say **** is still the owner . She finally returns the $50 through pay pal. I cant get pay pal due to outdated computer. She was told this at the beginning of our dealings back in late August 2021. She retrieves the money from pay pal and refuses to send it in a form we can use , such as a certified check. Her other customers have received registration papers without the extra $50. Now they will send it in to AKC to transfer the names . In the mean time we also incurred a $1,800 vet **** for accidental poisoning by a man who winterized our boat. **** accused me of saying we thought we had an unhealthy dog. Never have I thought this or said this to her or anyone else. She has blocked me , unfriended me , blocked me from my groups related to cockers . We just want our $50 and to move on . At this point if she would just reimburse $40 of it so I can go ahead and get names transferred by AKC to our names would be most helpful. As it turns out, she had asked for too much money from us to accomplish the transfer to our names. Note : she received $1,500 for our dog . The same her other customers paid. She has required an extra $50 from us above what she charged other customers. She tells me she deserves an extra $50 and that her means of lying to get it justifies her means . *** and ***************************
