      This company filed a debt collection on my behalf even though they actually over charged my account. They have no willingness to fix it and same with the debt collection company they are using. On the contract it said I would have a $99 dollar cancellation fee. The company instead did 2 different payments to try and scam me. The picture I uploaded has 2 circled parents which is the ones they charged. I ordered a charge back through the bank, but never received it, and now this gym is using the charge back request as an excuse to forward a debt collection. Even when they already have the money.

      To Whom it May ****************** facility nor our business allow us to overcharge any client. Upon the time of execution to a membership agreement the client has full disclosure of terms and conditions. In this case, the client did come and cancel his agreement which is correct - HOWEVER once the member came and cancelled which is an easy process, they decided to than call the bank and pursue a chargeback to the valid previous charges.

      We attempted to let the client know to come back and settle the account as agreed, but they refused. Long story short - the client came and cancelled, but also disputed payments valid from months prior to the cancellation. 

      Our organization does not charge anybody with any erroneous or undisclosed fees. 

      We would be very happy to work with client in getting his account closed out properly.

      I was registered the boxing class Sep,2022, but when I did the class, the coach is chatting and texting with his friends all the times. Also when I was here to class, the coach brought his dog to work, he said f*** when he knew I am there for class. After that, I dont want to go anymore. I stopped to go from October. But when I gave them 30 days notice, I already got charged from my bank for the next month fee. So they charge me 2 more months plus 65 annual fee(even though I cancelled on January, they still charge for whole year. ( I cancelled the membership, they charge me $200 for all the fees).
