    Funding Solutions Financial engaged me to appraise two properties in *******, ******* on January 23, 2023. The work was completed and delivered on time. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact by phone, Funding Solutions Financial and ******************************* have not paid the invoices, which was due March 10, 2023

    I am the owner of Funding Solutions Financial. We order appraisals for our clients, however it is our clients responsibility to provide payment to the appraiser. It clearly states this on our order form to the appraiser. 
    This negative feedback must come off immediately or my lawyer will file lawsuit against the appraiser and the BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Copies of the contracts for both appraisals are uploaded and clearly show Funding Solutions Financial was the contracting party, not their borrower.  At no point in the process was I given the borrower's contact information and when the invoices were delivered to Funding Solutions Financial in February with FSF as the payor, no objection was raised.

    If FSF can show me where on their contract for the appraisal it indicates their borrower is responsible for payment, I will withdraw the complaint. Otherwise, payment for the services provided is the only acceptable solution.
