    the WORSE insurance provider ive ever had. this location doesnt know ANYTHING!!!!! especially ********. she messed up my payment information so they couldnt draft my premiums and kept telling me for weeks oh they are just behind on payments but youre account is all good. that was a huge lie and i was riding around with no insurance for a month because of her. tried to get it reinstated since it wasnt my mess up and was told they wouldnt reinstate. thought it was all over with until i got a notice about collection account which is crazy to me ** how do i owe yall anything. been trying to reach them for MONTHS, no answer. this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

    I have tried to contact ******************************* on 4 different occasions, he has never responded to my emails. We have been with this agency for 6 months and had a question about the raise in our premium.Clearly the emails say; contact me (**** Kelly) with questions, no response. Not renewing! Poor customer service.
