I am rejecting this response because:like Ive stated in my original complaint, warranty expired or not, if you install something incorrectly (as stated by ****** ******) and have been maintaining it for the entire time of said warranty, how on earth am I responsible for a repair thats inevitable due to improper installation! If GMC are the only people that service my truck and after warranty they claim Ive been using the wrong motor oil, whos responsible for putting the wrong oil in my truck? This is simple, stand behind your work!
issue with our irrigation system is now reporting theres another underground issue. Your company is the only people who has ever touched anything related to the irrigation system. Youve serviced it twice a year and now suddenly youre conveniently finding issues with things that are directly related to original installation. Ive paid a lot of money for the system and to keep the maintenance going. So what your company is saying to me is youve either done subpar installation and maintenance or you dont honor your policy. Theres no one else responsible for the irrigation system but your company. I am not paying for anything I didnt do & quoting your policy:All parts / repairs made by Conserva are covered under warranty if this annual maintenance package is in place with no lapse in coverage. Package is pre-paid and non-refundable.!EVERY year since it was installed we have paid for maintenance so anything wrong youre responsible for based on your own policy.
Sincerely,

The accusation is 100% unfounded. We offer up to a 5-year warranty on products we install. The warranty expired over a year ago and the customer was informed of this and his wife asked for the additional repairs as well.
Not under warranty - no refund is due to the customer.

We have contacted you over seven times over the past two months to try and get answers. No one from Conserva North Atlanta ever replies.
My wife have talked to two people at Conserva who have promised ****, the tech who did our repairs, will call us back. He never does. I have texted him as well.
We've emailed to try and get responses.
Attached are screenshots of the text to ****, never responded to, and two emails sent to Conserva, never responded to. As repeat customers you have our phone numbers and email.
We will be happy to withdraw this complaint and negative reviews on websites once Conserva North Atlanta responds to the questions we have sent you multiple times. All we want are these answers so we can pass them on to our plumber to get repayment from him. We are not contesting the bill.***********************

Had an annual contract. Tech came out to winterize our sprinklersturned water on to test. Then left them on. Cycle ran on a freezing day and killed our plants. Owners claimed they would do right by us then denied wrong doing tried blame the weather. Note in pictures where frozen parts/ice accumulated on the plant bottom halves only to sprinkler height. Then note dead parts in other picturesbottom half only where sprinklers caused ice one week later. Cold weather doesnt only kill branches in certain spots. So cost us over $5000 to replace and asked them to cover only $1500 replace tech killed our plants, owners lied, left us with broken frozen sprinklers and a huge landscaping bill. Cant recommend liars who dont own up to their errors. They didnt even refund our $400 service plan. So, ironically head of training actually came by to check it for spring if we wished they had the audacity to believe they were getting a contract renewal. I showed him the damage and he agreed definitely from sprinklers icing the plants. Plants dont die just at the bottom from cold weather. Said he would talk to owners and get them to reimburse our expenses from **** to replace. Of course heard nothing again. I am to provide anyone with more photosI have 20 iced plants follows by 20 half dead plants. Mistakes happen its how a business handles it that matters. Seeking the $1500 portion and refund of service plan.Business Response

Unfortunately, almost nothing in this review is accurate. We spoke with the customer and did a thorough investigation, as Conserva takes all customer concerns very seriously. After surveying the entire neighborhood and documenting this, we noted that the Indian Hawthorns at their residence were in IDENTICAL condition all down the street on every house. We responded to the customer with these specifics with no further communication from them since May 2023 until this. We also point out that prior to this visit the weather had dropped to 6 degrees in the winter (our visit was in early Spring), so if the icy cold was a factor it would be explained by the identical condition of the same plants across the neighborhood. Also of note, our packages are not $400, yet another exaggeration. We are sorry to see inaccuracies posted here but we will strive to serve the community as a local, small business and thank the very many happy customers we serve every day.Initial Complaint

This company has stolen money. These submissions are a formal complaint.Conserva chooses the maintenance service dates. In March its still winter. That is, the lawn is brown and dormant and the trees dont yet have buds. There was not, as there hasnt been in the past, a reason to use the irrigation system during this time. There was also no reason to replace the spray heads. They were untouched until they were replaced on the second visit. There is a technician checklist for winterization, but not for summerization. Summerization occurs months before the growing season begins and there is no need for irrigation use. Even if the issues are caused during the wineterization service, again, the customer does not know and cannot tell, because the system is not in use. Prime opportunities to take advantage of their customers. The customer is required to have a saved payment type on file in order to receive service. Not a problem until business practices become an issue and the customer has been charged for poor or nonexistent goods and services, and the customer wants answers. The only thing this company guarantees is receipt of payment. They do not guarantee service or quality of service. This is what they have shown.-Below is the email sent by an employee on 05 July 2023. By the use of compliant, it seems they feel forced to communicate. From: ******************************************************************************************* Date: July 5, 2023 at 14:53:05 EDT Subject: Compliant We received your compliant from the better business bureau, if there is anything you need addressed please contact us.Thank you!****** CONSERVABusiness Response

We are not certain what the customer complaint is. We performed all service as required. March begins spring season and this is the first customer we have had complain about when we start the system up. If this is an issue for him, we would gladly have started his system ** in April if that was his preference.Initial Complaint

17 February 2023 - For the third year, Conserva Irrigation of North Atlanta was contracted for summerization and winterization services. This company is also the installer of the irrigation system.17 March - summerization appointment 03 May - ***** system run of season. Can be proven with Hydrawise app report. The spray heads had not been adjusted, at all. If so, they'd been adjusted to be incorrect. Mostly underspraying. One spray head over-sprays directly onto the patio, with no rotation and the spray doesn't even touch the grass. Recorded affected spray heads and requested complete summerization. Contacted via the Hydrawise app. No reply.04 ************ and requested a service completion.11 May - 2nd summerization appt. No attempts were made to adjust affected spray heads, however 2 spray heads were replaced. Replaced with parts different from the original parts with a spray flow-type not in alignment with the other spray heads. The "invoice" was a payment receipt for '2 spray heads.' No detail of parts or replacement parts, no reason for replacement, no detail of the 10% discount included in agreement. Sent email requesting details. No reply.14 ************** again, the same affected spray heads. 15 ********** email detailing the unresolved issues. No reply. There is no confidence this company will provide the services in the contract.Business Response

Our CRM records all interaction. We started system on March 17. May 11 (2 months later) we returned to check for leaks for the customer and only needed to replace a couple of nozzles. We did respond and called the customer after this and confirmed the repair was completed. We have no other interaction aside from this complaint but will gladly follow up to see if there is anything else needed.

I am rejecting this response because:This company is lying about the communication. The blow-out valve was never discussed when I called in to winterize the system. When the technician arrived and found out the shut off valve wasn't there, I had to call the office. The person at the office promised to refund the FULL amount when the technician left. I had to call several times because the office manger wasn't there next few weeks. They eventually did not want to refund the full amount.
Sincerely,
*******************Business Response

This is not at all accurate unfortunately. The customer was informed of the pricing and we clearly explained the process of blowing out the lines - if his system had a blow-out valve - and that if it did not have a blow-out valve we would run the system and bleed all of the water out of the system that was possible. Customer agreed and purchased the package and we came out to perform the work as requested (at the discounted package rate). We refunded the portion of the package that had not been completed as he requested.Business Response

The customer was charged $125 for our visit (normally $159). Nothing else needs to be done.Customer Answer

This is not accurate. We refunded the monies paid in advance but the $125 service was performed and the customer was informed.
No further action is necessary.

I am rejecting this response because it is a typical farce excuse that allows them to justify their false advertising as reflected from the screenshot on their website. This is a typical bait and switch tactic used for unscrupulous customer engagement, regardless of whether a prospective customer gets "suckered" in or not.~*******************

Thanks for calling this to our attention. Originally we offered free inspections across the board, but inflation has forced us to limit free inspections to new system installations only. In Mr. **************** case, he called us and we informed him of this up front and he decided not to use our services (we don't even have his address), so we feel there was definitely no bait and switch or unfair business practice.
Thanks,
