    Finding Appliance EMT, LLC made me very happy! They mended my washer the same day because it wasn't heating up correctly. Fantastic communication, truthful prices and prompt outcomes. Knowledgeable experts who can be trusted. Strongly advised for anybody in need of repairs!!

    With Appliance EMT, LLC's service, I'm really happy. I was able to keep all of my groceries by having my refrigerator fixed the same day. The technician was polite and well organized. Reasonably costing and first-rate communication were provided throughout. Anyone in the area in need of reliable appliance repairs should give them a try.

    It might be really annoying to work with a damaged stove but Appliance EMT made the process go very smoothly. In addition to being professional and efficient, the service technician that visited my house was also kind and amiable. They listened carefully to my grievances, performed a thorough inspection of the stove and quickly determined the problem. They went above and beyond to give me some fantastic advice on how to keep it up and their performance was perfect. My stove is currently operating more efficiently than before because of their expert skill. I am grateful for Appliance EMT's excellent service.

From the first time I contacted them, they were really beneficial and responsive. The repair specialist arrived on schedule and immediately set to work founding the problem. They gave me a detailed diagnostic and provided me with straightforward explanations. They performed a comprehensive inspection to make sure everything was functioning as it should after resolving the problem.     Called to have my dryer fixed. It was not heating. ********* said it was a bad thermostat. He did not tell me a price. So he replaced the thermostat, a $25 part and CHARGED ME $370 !!!!!!!!!Absolutely ridiculous!!! Two months later it was not heating again. They would not offer to repair the problem unless they charged me another $250. Be careful, they are crooks.****** *.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My washer is making a grinding noise. Technician did not even wait for washer to cycle through so he could hear the noise. He said it could be a number of things. Never looked inside back of washer. Said he could do a regular maintenance but not fix the washer. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY for service call. Charged me $77 I called the company and explained that he had no idea of what was wrong but wanted to do a maintenance but not fix the problem. Got a call back and they basically repeated the same thing the tech said. So $77 down the drain and still have a broken washer.

    They came to my house for 30 minutes, the guy was very nice but when he left, I realized he put 2 parts worth about 30 dollars into my dryer. Charged me $330 for 30 minutes. Minus parts that's $600 an hour??
