I email ************************************** invicta watches in reference to two watches I ordered, back on 10/03/22 in reference to not receiving 1 out of 2 watches I ordered from them. The 2nd watch never made it to my hands. The date of delivery was for 09/30/22 tracking# 1ZY20EZ6YW93494438 according to the provider the package was left at 3:49 pm. I called invicta customer service and was advised the investigation will take up to 30 days. It is now 11/16/22 and invicta gets back to me due to me calling them and asking them for the results. They advise the email will be going out. Which makes 13 days passed their 30 day investigation. Here is what the email from invicta states: (Dear Customer,, We are reaching out to you regarding the claim we filed on your behalf. The carrier has concluded its investigation, and unfortunately, your claim was denied. At this time, we will not be able to further assist. If you like you may contact your bank and advise of the non-receipt of your package.). At this time if I file a claim with my bank it wont be for the one watch that is missing, but for the 2 ordered that where charged as a single charge but then sent out in 2 separate packages. The watch in question is stock# ***** the price was $89.99. I feel Invicta is not taking into account the amount of watch I have purchased from them in the past. Furthermore, all I want is the watch to be replaced. But if invicta is not willing to take in account the amount of watch I have purchased from them in the past. Well I will move forward and file the dispute with my bank for the total amount. And as far as I am concern, they will never hear from me again.
