    After a massage my partner and I were signing up for a monthly service. We then were immediately after our massage the price would be the same at all massage envys as we were concerned moving back to NY in a few months. We get back to to NY and then the price is doubled. Tried to cancel immediately after finding this out and the manager at the location we signed up was telling us we couldn't cancel after 12 months of being members. Then on top of that I couldn't cancel soon because the manager doesn't respond to my emails until 8 days at a time. A lot of this information wasn't shared at the time of signing up, and on top of that felt swindled into sign immediately after a massage in dimly lit area where I don't have my contacts in due to astigmatism. I fully regret giving my money to this business. I have nothing ill to say about the actual masseuses but the management has shows poor business practices and is clearly looking at ways to maintain subscriptions for their quota.
