Please do yourself a favor and dont ever buy a car from this place! We bought a 21 ***** gx .Very bad buying experience. I had my own finacing and i couldent get the check until monday so i was told i had to sign a backup finance agreement and had to get my credit ran in order to take the vehicle home. even though i had proof of the finacing check and made a large downpayment. Came back and gave the remainder of the what was owed to the dealership that monday. Had to ask for a reciept of the check i gave them because they wouldent update the buyers order to show 0 amount owed. Then after we got the vehicle home the infotainment center had issues after the first week. We documented the issues and contacted the salesman as soon as we knew about the issue. We were told by the salesman it was under autonations 4000 mile warrenty. We Took it to a ***** dealership and we were told the amplifier was bad And the auto nation warrenty dident cover it. As soon as the auto nation manager got involved we were told there was nothing they could do about it because we bought it as is. I know its a used car and things happen but the car was on the lot for long enough that they would have known about the issue. Theres no way this began in the week we had it. all it would have took was plugging in the same diagnostic tool they used at the ***** dealership for them to know there was a issue. we were told they were working on a resolution and would get back to **. Then the manager then stopped answering our calls all together. Once they made the sell of the car they did nothing to resolve the issue. It was extremly hard to get in touch with a manager they only wanted us to speak to the salesman.Once we did get in touch with the manager each one spoke very poor english. Only one manager there speaks decent english. He was very rude once he realized we wanted the dealership to pay to repair a part they should have replaced in the first place. If i could leave 0 stars i would.

purchased a Toyota Corolla from Toyota Autonation Mall of GA on March 3rd. I had a tread in which I still was paying off, as usual the payment was auto draft from checking every 16th of each month. My trade in payment was drafted automatically on March 16th, I contacted the sales Manager, he stated that the payoff check was sent to the wrong address, story short, I didn't get my money back until 2 months later. The Corolla temporary tag plate expired on April 16, but I still didn't get my permanent tag plate from authority. On May 8th went to dealership in ****** asking for my permanent tag, no one knew what was going on, on May 9the received a text from salesperson states that your old tag plate was transferred to your new car, but this wasn't communicated to me at the time I made deal, story short they transferred my old tag plate on Friday May 9th

Customer Rip off!!I bought a *************************** Tacoma from AuoNation Toyota Mall of GA in October 2024.The listing price was $44,257.56 After negotiations with the salesman and Manager, the agreed sale price was $39,000.The dealer would also give me $10,000 for trade in 2018 ***** Colorado. When I signed all the paperwork I didn't think they would change the numbers and after I signed eevryting and took the truck home I realized that they had sold it to me at the listing price plus other extra charges totaling $47,155.87 I have been traveling ouside the country and that is the reason I am filing this until now.I trusted the contract would be what we negotiated, but I've got scammed either by AutoNation Toyota or Southeast Toyota financing.I tried to contact the general manager at the dealer but he is never ************ a customer I have been remained that if you don't pay attention they will take you for a fool.I need the Dealer to return the contract to agreed negotiation price.

At his request, we met with Mr. ****** *****, on March 3, 2025, at 9:30 AM to discuss his concerns about his Tacoma purchase on October 31, 2024. We showed Mr. ***** and his wife all the documents where the selling price before addendum items were $39,048.50, that they did get $10,000 for their trade, and made sure that it was his signature on the final sales menu. Mr. ***** stated he thought he was purchasing the Tacoma for $39,000 and didnt realize the addendum items. We asked why he proceeded with the transaction if it was not $39,000 as he thought when he was in finance, he said he didnt realize. Mr. ***** did remember that at one point he asked the finance manager if the vehicle had power seats, since he did not get in vehicle because his wife test drove it and the vehicle is for her, he was told no and almost did not move forward due to that but ultimately did because the vehicle was for the wife. we did show Mr. ***** the addendum on our vehicles where we list all items as well as in his final signed/verified sales menu. The ***** Family acknowledged that we did have it on all paperwork, but believe we were not upfront about it. I explain how we are very transparent on the way we itemize all items on our addendums and sales menu, to ensure that the customer understand what they are purchasing from the onset. Mr. ***** later revealed that he no longer needs the Tacoma and was looking to sale it to us on February 20, 2025, were we appraised it for $32,000, he also stated he received a quote from ****** for $33,000. I did quote him $34,000 if that would help. I explained to him all vehicles take the biggest depreciation in their first year of ownership, ultimately, he has decided to stay with his Tacoma for a while.
AutoNation Toyota Mall of Georgia is a world class operation where the customer is always 1st and valued and it is unfortunate that Mr. ***** feels otherwise although we have gone above and beyond to ensure full transparency.
We remain fully available and eager should Mr. ***** requires any further assistance or additional clarification.

Completely unethical service center. just before Christmas I brought our 2004 Tunda in for what I thought would be a pretty costly repair. I explained the problem to Map and he quickly went straight out to the truck and came back in in 10 minutes and asked if we planning on keeping the truck (which he offered to buy). We said yes and he then said it need a new values covers and timing chain or they might cause irreversible engine damage. He took another 5 minutes calculating the price which was almost $2600. He had us sign authorization immediately without acknowledging what the our original problem would cost. I pressed him twice and he down played the cost and wanted to check it first. Five hours later he called with another $1400. I was absolutely furious. Im 72 and my wife and I are on a fixed income and would probably put off the larger expense. Not saying we cant afford it but we werent really given the opportunity other than Map saying he could stop work and we could pick up the truck. Ive called the service manager and general manager twice with no response. I just contacted ********************* to tell them of your unethical operations. I will also contact anyone else I can tell the story. I had hoped **** of the managers would have reacted but no.

This is the email I sent to the Finance Manager ****************** this morning, after leaving several messages and sending other emails. This is getting ridiculous on your part for not getting the ************* protection plan cancelled. I have NOT received a phone call or email concerning these issues. I expect this to resolved today. I have called the bank that this was financed at, and they have told me these charges have NOT been cancelled. This dealership expresses its great customer service, but that does not seem to be true. My next call will be to the General Manager *********************. Also, the service ******* has yet to get back to his asst. ******* ***** about my issue with the tires on this vehicle. I was told they were NEW, but they are not, after taking the car to my tire shop, they told me the tires were at least 2 years old and I would be lucky if I got 2 years out of them. I am having this vehicle refinanced at a much lower interest rate, which when I bought the car in November of this year, I let them know that, and ***** told me oh that will not be a probably we will just call the bank and have the charges refunded. I cannot proceed with the other financing until they have cancelled those charges. On that note, when looking over the paperwork that I had to have them email to me they did not even mention the $1899.00 charge for the vehicle protection. At this point, I am so frustrated with this dealership, and I have only had the car one month and 3 days.

Rating Title:SHADY AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE MAJOR CONCERNS ABOUT THIS TOYOTA LOCATION IN GEORGIA. I leased a Camry from Toyota in 2020 and had a pretty good experience. As my lease term was ending this year (2023), I began getting calls to turn my vehicle in early. I started talking with a salesperson at Autonation Toyota near the Mall of Georgia. He was very helpful in trying to locate the car that I wanted and told me that I would be able to lock in a similar monthly payment. My credit is stellar. I am often out of town for work so we corresponded a lot via phone. He would send me cars that were on the lot or let me know about cars that would be arriving. I was told about a car arriving on a Friday and it was exactly what I wanted. So I booked the earliest appointment I could get that Friday and traveled back to Georgia. The salesperson let me know that Thursday that the car was gone. So I go to the dealership to figure out what is next for me and as Im seeking to find a new vehicle, I realize a shift. The language went from you will be able to have a similar monthly payment to market prices are high and if you want a lower monthly payment, you will have to make a down payment. This was not communicated to me on the front end and I could tell the salesperson was uncomfortable with this. There seemed to be tension between him and his superiors. I was then told that if I wanted a vehicle with no down payment, they could only work with at least $500 a month. Just to give you some perspective, my last note was in the 300s. Everything kept coming back to the down payment and I felt the impression as a customer that if I didnt make a down payment, they would not work with me. I didnt make down payments and felt uncomfortable being pressured about it. I want to spread this message so no one else has to deal with this type of immoral and unethical treatment again.

On May 10, 2023, I purchased a 2014 ********** Passat (Silver) VIN # ***************** with ******* miles for my 16 yr old son. It had sticker price $7,293 after adding tax, title and other misc. fees the total was $8,667.74 which my wife and I paid cash been saving for over an year. On May 11, 2023, not less than 24 hrs. and 90 miles of driving this vehicle the *** light come on. Per ***************** (Service Mgr), we dont have as much experience working on VW but we will attempt to fix (red flag). On July 11, 2023 the *** light came back on, as well as the check engine light! If you notice from the dates we have only had this vehicle for approximately 2 months and have driven it ***** miles. I had the code pulled and the code is P0341 (Camshaft Position Sensor). I took it back to AutoNation Toyota on July 12, 2023 and ***** said were going to have AutoNation ********** look at it. Im wondering why he didn't send it to ********** to begin with. On Saturday, July 22, 2023, an entire week later ***** sends me a text message saying according to VW your car was 4 qts low and burning oil internally and they are recommending a NEW ENGINE! I drove directly to AutoNation Toyota @ 12noon to speak to the used car sales manager (*****) who said sorry but the best I can do is put you in another vehicle and give you $5,000 as a trade-in for your VW Passat in which we just paid over $8,600 in CASH meaning we are out over $3,600 not including the brand-new tires ($1,000) I purchased. The VW technician suggested going next door to CarMax to see if they would offer you the same ($5K or more) since the check engine light was off. I drove the vehicle over to CarMax to get an appraisal and came to find out the previous owner attempted to get an appraisal approximately year ago and apparently, they had the same mechanical issues then according to the CarMax sales person and only offering me ONLY $1,500 now.I will never ever purchase another vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Mall of GA

The salesperson ***** sold me a car, said they wanted to do some additional work on the vehicle. I warned him with my wife present I was buying this car with those tires. They wer Michelin LXTs worth $1,300. Three days later they said my car was ready and I find they stole my tires. Replaced them with ****** worth about $400. ***** lied said no the tires werent changed, then tried to give me some trash tires, it wasnt until three managers ******************, and ****** showed me the tires. Then said I cant have them, and to get off the property. These people have the ethical standards of a crackhead. Who does business like that? My wife was a witness, and I warned they are going to take the tires. Three times I told *****. DONT TAKE MY TIRES! They literally showed them to me after many lies. Then said I couldnt have them.

Friday 5/12/2023 5:41pm call received from *********************************. Transferred to ***************** (Sales Manager)***************** Thoroughly explained to the customer that tires did not meet minimum requirements, so they had to be replaced. Customer claimed that he is ASE certified and insisted that the tires met minimum requirements to sell the vehicle. **** asked how he could be certain without professional equipment? ******** claimed that his years of experience qualifies him to make a visual assessment of tread wear. **** informed him that our inspection required ** to replace the tires for safety reasons. Then customer insisted the agreement for him to purchase the vehicle required ANTMOG to keep the original tires on the vehicle regardless of inspection results. **** informed him that we could have accommodated his request had the proper channels been used but they were not. First, he said that the salesperson made that agreement. After **** informed him that the salesperson does not have the authority to approve that agreement, he altered the statement that management made that agreement. **** told him that management was completely unaware of his request and apologized to him that the salesperson did not relay the request to management. He then insisted that the agreement was made with management because management also signed the agreement, **** asked to see the signed agreement and identify where the agreement was documented by management. He asked **** not to interrupt him and become verbally abusive and aggressive. He then accused ANTMOG of robbing him. **** offered the customer to bring the vehicle back for a full refund. He refused and asked to speak to ***** supervisor. **** forwarded customer information to General Manager. Friday 5/12/2023 6:12pm General Manager called him back upon his request. After the phone conversation General Manager located the tires that were scheduled for disposal. General Manager had the tires set aside for him to pick up. General Manager then called customer to come pick up original tires.Friday 5/12/2023 6:30 pm - Customer returned to the dealership to pick up the original tires before reconditioning as agreed upon by General Manager. Tires were already Plastic wrapped & pick-up ready for the customer. After seeing tires wrapped Customer accused General Manager of bait and switching the tires and attacked verbally the Pre-Owned Vehicles Manager - General Manager then Asked the customer to leave the dealership due to his inappropriate behavior.Saturday 5/13 9:30 AM General Sales Manager ******************* Invited the customer back to the showroom and returned the old tires (initially removed for not meeting the Safety Specs) Customer Expressed he was satisfied with the resolution.
