  warranted attempting to service your customer to achieve satisfaction we are wrong and what you are not responsible for. will cease our comments on your review anyone seeking a contractor to build a pool. your attempt to delegate the responsibility and quality of your job to your sub-contractors, where you are not responsible concern anyone evaluating a pool builder. We contracted with you to build our pool.Your cement patio guy saw our contractor taking a wheelbarrow over the deck creating bad drag marks. If this did happen ,and it did not, why wouldnt **** have stopped him or said something at that moment like Hey you are messing up my work!. He did not because it did not happen **** acknowledged that there was no way for drag marks to be under the stamp the stamps were very well defined on top of the drag marks which were simply poor workmanship when floating the concrete before the stamping process. Comments only serve to question our integrity, which in return reflects upon yours. Scuffing on the cement after he came back and fixed it. These are in fact grinder wheel marks from Mikes team trying to remove the poor workmanship of the float edge from the original poor every piece of furniture on patio deck is Ledge Lounger plastic. This grinding was done prior to the resealing of the patio to attempt to correct the original poor workmanship. The portion torn out and repoured has dips and hold water. As you stated yourself to us, it was poured on a rainy day, and they should not have but I was pressuring them to fix it if I had known I would have had them wait!Many of your subcontractors did beautiful work and it is unfortunate the stamped concrete patio doesnt measure up to that same caliber. Warranty coverage, or not, we stand by our rating of your organization as the ** we engaged to build a six-figure pool at our home and your responses should provide insight into anyone seeking to engage you to build their pool.

  We had our pool built in 5 weeks and it was flawless. All the contractors showed up when they were scheduled and kept my property clean. Build your own pool of Georgia was really easy to work with and we would recommend them all day long. Thank you BYOP.

  I frankly don't understand why BYOP's rating is not a solid 5, 4.95 is absurd. BYOP is an absolutely outstanding pool company and I will continue to recommend them to anyone that's looking to build a pool. I met with a few different pool companies and ***** not only gave me more information than any other, but she built me a bigger pool for less money. The way BYOP's operations run is flawless, back to back subcontractors get the job done - boom, boom, boom. If anything, I caused a delay in my pool being built due to out of town travel. BYOP got my pool done in 6 1/2 weeks, but it would have been 4 1/2 weeks had I not had to travel. They are extremely organized, which contributes to how quickly they can build pools. ***** holds the subs accountable, which by the way, you pay directly. Rarely were there any issues, but when there were such as a subcontractor leaving a mess, it was remedied the same day (one time within 45 minutes of me saying anything). The whole team is very responsive to questions throughout the process and they are very hands on - checking on subcontractors multiple times through the day to make sure things were going as planned. Oh, and my pool came in under budget. Finding a reputable pool builder isn't that tough, they are out there, but why hire a pool company that will charge more for less and be way less efficient. It doesn't get better than BYOP based on other pools I've seen being built. We are so happy to have our backyard transformed into our paradise and are grateful to BYOP for making it happen.

  ***** and her team were a delight to work with. They ensured everything was planned to the tee, we didnt need too worry about anything. They also ensured that when the landscaper had a problem opening up his schedule, they immediately supported another landscaper that we brought to the table. ***** herself took charge of any concerns we had and brought them to a swift closure. Overall I commend their entire team, including *******, their PM, who was always on top of things. Thank you BYOP team!

  ****** did a fantastic job!!Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. They made my installation go as smoothly as possible. BYOPOG did an outstanding job and was very responsive when addressing any questions or concerns. *******, ****** and ******* were very easy to work with and very helpful through all phases of the build. My pool looks awesome!!I highly recommend ******!!!!

  I will never entertain another pool company for future jobs. Thats how brilliantly BYOP executed our build. The build itself, like all builds, wasnt perfect because there will always be unknowns in any facet of construction. What was perfect is their attention to detail, response time and execution. Talk about advocacy ***** and her team shepherd you through the entire process, making sure each phase is perfect before payment is issued. Sure there are other pool companies out there, but why would you ever pay more for less? Their timelines are real, their people are real, the savings is real, BUT the value is UNREAL. Dont make a mistake, use BYOP!

  Building our pool with Build Your Own Pool of Georgia, LLC, was easy and fast. ***** beat the price of many other pool company quotes with the exact same deliverables. The team was awesome to deal with and the process was fast, almost too fast; our HOA was longest hold-up. We are thrilled with our new pool and cannot wait for summer. The internal team, as well as *******, our project manager was communicative, and very knowledgeable. Everyone was organized, they followed through with all dates (scheduling) and communication was amazing. I would highly recommend Build Your Own Pool of Georgia, LLC to any and everyone.

  The **** of ** team was GREAT - We called Jan 3, 2022 for initial appt and they made the 1st site visit on 1/5. We had drawings 1/6 (the next day) and made selections 1/7 (the next day0., and after HOA approval on 1/19, **** had us on the schedule for day 1 excavating/dig on 1/27 and our entire pool was finished on 3/23. They were very efficient and super easy to work with. The subs they contract with were also great. Everything went very smooth and we absolutely LOVE our pool and how it has transformed our backyard!!

  I have already referred BYOP to others based on our own experience with pool build that completed in September. This is our second pool build in ************************************************************************* all phases. Value, quality, exceptional communications and delivery all hit the marks. We acquired several quotes from well-known pool builders in the area before selecting BYOP. BYOP was not only best in cost comparison by a LOT but also leveraged the same materials and subcontractors as the other competitors. I found with BYOP you get out what you put in meaning treat them with dignity, respect and kindness and they return it. Clear being kind they are very transparent when asked about the good and bad of pool construction. If you ask, they will tell you the truth. Today's pool-building landscape was drastically different from our pool build a decade ago. BYOP has the process and people to deliver a high-quality pool experience at very competitive pricing current economic market conditions applied. If in the market for a pool build, get several quotes and make sure BYOP is one of them.

  Thank you ***** and the team for turning our backyard into a resort. We do enjoy our pool and the spa. ***** and her team are professional, very responsive. They where the only ones who understood what we want and implemented it perfectly. These ladies know what they are doing. Highly recomend.
