    March 30th, I paid $150.00 with my Amex card for a Silver Membership in for Atlanta REIA LLC (Order ID # *********. This membership would have entitled me to the following services and discounts:FREE admission to our Atlanta REIA monthly meetings, special interest groups, networking events as well as online meetings and webcasts. In addition to the free admission to meetings and Social Networking Workshops. I would get up to 20% off select Atlanta REIA Training Seminars and Workshops, discounts on products and services from local and national vendors. I could also participate in their Goodwill Ambassadors program to receive up to $50 per new member referral in REIA Bucks. They took my $150 and I still dont know if my application has been accepted. I have not received my login credentials that would allow me to use their website and attend their monthly meetings. I left two voice messages, the latest being 5-23-23 *************) no response. I emailed two Atlanta REIA personnel that appeared on my confirmation email; ********************************* and ****** ********************************* on May 16th. Still no response as of the filing of this complaint 6-18-23.I just saw a post of another person on the BBB website complaining about the same issue that I am having. Atlanta REIA has yet to respond to that complaint.I have not received the services that I paid for and therefore, I would like my $150 credited back to my Amex card.Sincerely, *****************************
