5 starsCapital City Construction has been instrumental in helping to revitalize the buildings for our condominium community in ****************/ East *******. *************************** and his team are honest, responsive, and consultative in their approach. As a general contractor, Capital City has completed projects for our community including a front stair/ deck repainting and repair, full property pressure washing, floodlight installation and most recently a full roof replacement for our condominium buildings. With respect to the roof replacement project, ****** assisted our condo board with assessing the damage to the roof, compiling the data that would be submitted to the insurance companies, packaging everything and then worked with our property manager to file for an insurance claim. During ****************, the Capital City created a plan, which was communicated daily to residents which included demolition of the old roof, and installation of the new roof. They worked 10 hour days to get the job done on time and we now have beautiful, structurally sound roofs. It's like were living in a new property! 5 starsCapital City Custom Construction has been wonderful to work with. We have only great things to say about them. They are fair in their pricing, honest, easy to work with, have great communication, and do great work. We have been very pleased with everything they have done for us. They fixed extensive termite damage for us, remodeled two bathrooms, and even did some exterior work. We will definitely use them again!

5 starsI recently had my bathroom renovated as well as a full roof replacement. ****** at Capital City really provided a great customer experience, was very detailed and professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted for the renovations and had ******* replaced in a timely manner. I have worked with several contractors over the years and this is the company that I will be using from now on. Could not say enough great things. 5 starsThey are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for great roofers.****** always took the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available-from repair to replacement.As a woman, it can be difficult to find honest people you can trust when it comes to my home repairs and he wasnt out to take advantage of that!, so I'm very happy to with the work and Capital City Custom Construction is the best! 1 starWe recently purchased a home in Smyrna and needed repairs to our roof because of some water damage suffered during a severe storm. We had ****** with Capital City Custom Construction come out and access our roofs damage. We got the insurance involved and the damages were covered. Initially, ****** was great, we had some communication issues, when scheduling the repairs (an unscheduled visit and then a months delay in waiting for projects completion). The exterior portion of their work was ok; however, inside was a different story. We had some water damage on the drywall on the ceiling (as can be expected because of the damage up top), my sister in law who lives in our property even addressed the folks repairing the ceiling (the drywall needed support behind it). No one listened, they blew her off as if she had no idea what she was talking about. Seven months later, we have the same exact piece of drywall falling exactly as we said it would if they didnt put the support. I contacted ****** and he blew me off. I was told they could come back out to access the new damage for another repair!NO THANKS, never again. Be mindful of the folks you do business with, no one should have to redo a project seven months after it was completed. So much for a warranty.
