    Imagine paying over $10,000 and your halo lit storefront sign NEVER lights up!!! Take your business away from Henry ****** *********** Its been 9 months since our grand opening and Henry Graphics, **** STILL hasnt tried to make things right. Ive been having to recover from a stroke and even though it was scary to go through physically, mentally, and financially, I still somehow managed to make room for a manager since I knew I would be heading into a decline first and didnt want the business to suffer if I could connect the manager and Henry Graphics, *** to coordinate a successful installation. Instead, all of my energy that went into preparing and bridging this connection went down the drain, which is why I told myself once I got strong enough again, I would need to warn others against Henry Graphics, **** (or Henry Signs) ?? Henry Graphics, **** either 1) accidentally failed to reach out, or 2) intentionally decided not to reach out, JUST so they can try to charge an additional $600 to come back and light it up. I wish I could go around charging businesses $600 extra to finish something that I chose not to finish before ??. I found someone who can light it up without me having to pay $600 (which I shouldnt even have to do if Henry Graphics cared about their customers and completing their paid projects, but Henry Graphics, **** warned me that I will have to lose my warranty so they pretty much just trying to put us in a lose-lose situation. Wish they would apologize already for not syncing up with us!! ??
