    I entered into a contract with ******************* and Coast to Coast Holdings to sell my time share within one year or he would refund my $2500.00. He supposedly went bankrupt and didnt sell the timeshare or refund my money. From what I understand he opened a new business doing the same thing. I want him to refund my money.

    **** has not been in contact with us at all since we signed with him to help us get out of our timeshare. Multiple phone calls in the past few months with only one correspondence texting he was in a meeting and would call later, we are still waiting a month later and still no text, phone call or a visit. The web site says it BBB Accredited and according the BBB web site it is not. The business card that was supplied by **** for his cell phone and company number, the company number is no longer in service but the web site number is. After leaving multiple messages there also again no contact. This has been going on 2 years if not longer and was told no later if up to a year to get a resolution.

    Signed a contract with *********************** ****** the owner of Coast to Cost Holdings, LLC in November 2021 and paid the amount required to help me exit the timeshare. I responded to all request for information needed by Coast to Coast and the law firm, ************************************************** involved in the transaction. Last correspondence was in December 2022 where additional information was requested and I provided. Have reached out several times since, but no response from the owner, ****** ****** ****** nor the law firm, ************************************************** It is now May 2023 and this is not resolved. Reached out to the Coast to Coast and attorneys again today but still no one will respond to email or phone calls. This is shameful. I want my money returned because this obviously is a scam.

    ******************* from Coast To Coast Holdings was in contact with me to get me out of a Timeshare with Atlantic Palace (Bluegreen). On 05/11/21, I signed a contract and gave his employee $2,500.00 dollars. He promised to obtain the cancellation within 18 months or a full refund. After trying to contact him by phone and messages he did not fulfill his obligation or refund my money. He asked for more money which I refused to give him. I would like a full refund with added interest.
