      I am a resident of Cadence Apartment ***************************************************** vehicle was towed without my consent. My vehicle was duly registered with the apartment complex, my registration tag is up to date yet my car was towed. The apartment complex sent me an apology letter but asking me to pay the towing company the cost of $238 for releasing my car.I called Willard to explain to them that my car was towed illegally and they were completely very nasty over the phone. I need my vehicle returned to where it was picked from.The last four digits of my vehicle a ****** Camry 2014 with tag SVD 8854 is 3921 and the contact details for the towing company is **************

      On 02-28-25 at approximately 2:30 pm our facility, Willard Wrecker Service, was contacted by management at Candence Apartment complex located at *****************************************, for the purpose of removing a vehicle from their lot.  Apparently, the vehicle was not in compliance with apartment complex guidelines. We are required by Non-Consensual Towing through the state of ******* to abide by specific regulations and guidelines. Willard Wrecker Service does not and would not just tow an individuals vehicle without request by the property owner and/or member of management.  Mr. ******** issue is with the complex not our company.  To this date, we have yet to receive any telephone calls, emails or letters from the apartment complex  stating a mistake was made or that our facility towed a vehicle without permission. If the complex told Mr. ******* to pay for the towing bill it was because it was not in compliance with their guidelines,and he was required to pay in order to obtain possession of the vehicle in question.

      Date of transaction 9/13/2023 Before I advise the tow truck driver where to deliver the car, cost of the job was confirmed with the driver. So I decided to take the car to the business location. Once I got to the business location to pick up my car, I was given a different price and held my car as a hostage, if I didnt pay. I tried to explain to the employee who worked at the front reception/cashier, refused to honor what I was informed by the driver. I am assuming this is one of the reason why they only accept cash. Not allowing customers to have an opportunity to dispute the charge for incorrect information. Company pricing is $125 for pick up and delivery. Company had to make 1 pit stop should be additional $62.50 based on their rates but instead they charged $300.Also they give paper receipt, which makes me believe, they are not reporting and filing taxes properly. Business this big should be paying their fair share of taxes.
