    The item was purchased on June 6, 2025, but we never received a tracking number. **************** has been disappointing; we've left several messages without any response. Their voicemail states that we reached them outside of business hours, but this clearly seems like a scam. I need a refund of $310.80 dollars

    We have been in contact with the customer. Customer was advised that the email address provided is returning our emails and was provided her tracking number of USPS 9234690372478300593211. Package expected to arrive on June 16th per tracking information which is well within the delivery window of the shipping method customer chose at time of checkout.

    I put in an order with this place on February 22, got the initial email confirming order and order number but nothing afterwards. Have been calling and emailing, messaging since. After complaining on their fb page they deleted my comments along with other complaints and messaged me. Telling me it was already delivered and to contact ***** The shipping number they gave was possibly bogus and **** has no record of this tracking number. They also said they are sending emails that bounce back because I dont receive spam, which isnt true and I did receive the initial emails

    This package was delivered on time under tracking number ********************** with the ************* Postal Service.  The package was delivered to the correct address on February 27 2023 at 3:54 pm using the shipping method the customer chose. Customer was advised to file a lost package claim with the **** however states she cannot figure out how to do it.  Customers emails were rejected as spam and she did contact us via Facebook.  The meta platform is currently investigating her account due to the use of profanity in that correspondence.

    it was not delivered, I know exactly how to file a missing male claim, it is not going through! They tell everyone the same lies you dont accept spam I have proof I have received their emails, and I have emailed them, no response. Wasnt until I complained on their fb page, they deleted all complaints. Many many people have had issues with this place. I abbreviated BS because thats exactly what this is. This place needs shut down! Never got a tracking number until I complained, then first got a bogus tracking number. Either way the item was not delivered. And I dont believe a word they say. Ive notified a whole community of thousands of special needs parents to stay away from this place. Im done with them for sure

    If the consumer is having trouble with the **** that would need to be addressed with them. We have provided proof of delivery.  If item was lost or stolen a claim would need to be filed by the recipient. We have contacted the postal service and there are no issues with the claim process currently.

    Hi I purchased a sensory Gonge Carousel chair for my autistic child on 12/16/22 I was charged ****** to my card on 12/16/22. I called before placing the order to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. The gentleman that called me back was very nice. Asked for my zip code and assured me it would be here before Christmas. They answered all my calls and fb messages sent until the point I placed the order. Now they have not responded to a call or message since. Ive put my name on the call back list several times and I have left messages and voicemails. This was the only gift for my child. They have ruined his Christmas. The least they could do was refund the money so I could buy him something else but theres no response from anyone!!After going back and researching after all this it looks to be a scam so I hope they are shut down now. Its extremely hard raising an autistic child. It hurts there are people out there that take advantage of us. Please refund my money!!There has been no update

    This customer has contacted us stating that they did receive the item and that they wish to withdraw the complaint.  They also stated that the BBB would not allow them to withdraw.  This is not surprising as the BBB is the most ignored and fraudulent system in the world.
